So, I told the lady behind the counter that I wanted two one-foot long sandwiches of hearty multigrain. A few seconds later, she asked me if wanted Italian bread. No, hearty multigrain. She then took a piece of bread out of the warmer and asked how many sandwiches. I told her how many and then she cut the bread in half because she thought I wanted two half footers. 😳 No, no, no. The sandwich artists today were extremely pleasant, helpful with my questions, and efficient at their jobs. The food is delicious as always! The store, however, is terribly hot, even compared to the 75 degree F day outside! It was said that the cost of turning on the air was keeping management/corporate from doing so. These employees are spending hours working in a very hot building and it seems dangerous to put employees in that situation. It's shameful as a company to insist...
