There’s only one employee working on that location. There should be two employee working there. I don’t know if the owner being cheap and not wanting to get to people the poor employee tried her best to do the online orders in the walk-in

Adiana was very rude on 4/19/25 needed restroom. 2 young men came in and were in restroom for a very long time and we needed restroom and employee handled the situation very poorly when asked manager name was answered that she can not give that information .very rude service

Fast and easy, did an online order and forgot to add something and they asked if I wanted anything else I may have missed on the online order and that saved my butt.

Guys there are cool and friendly and I will be back to this spot again

I was ordering and lady was rude as hell for no reason no reason wonder why all the tips in tip jar was just coins I've been the every Subway in Albuquerque and every other one had 10 times better customer service won't ever be back to this one again even though it's the closest one to my house and whoever the manager is you should really start hiring employees actually care about their job and that aren't always in a pissed-off mood :)

Have been to the 98th location and the 6th street in the Loves and have had amazing service. Zero smiles here zero customer service and you guys ask for a tip? I usually hand a 5 dollar tip to whoever makes my sandwich and is friendly about it. This is why people are starting to make their food at home and your jobs are gonna be replaced by a robot. You were not even busy when I walked in so no reason not to be pleasant.

Updating my 2 star to 1 star because the bread was old and hard. I debated on asking for a refund but already experienced enough negativity from the place for the day. Cheer up. Be happy to be alive. Don’t like your job find a different one.

Terrible experience there today. The topping counter was completely empty. I left with a $14.00 sandwich with zero toppings. The bread was dry and ugly too. Worst Subway ever!

Tuesday August 6th 4:30pm I went in the subway and I see that there is only one person working no manager on site she was very nice and trying to be patient with all other customers waiting. I see that there was a leak and she was trying not to slip and fall well helping her customers. I just want to make sure she is getting all the help she needs because no one should have to be in environment like that alone. Overall, she was very good at what she does and I give her a lot of credit! This subway needs some new staff and a better manager!

Our trip started at subway at coors and Rio Bravo and immediately when we stepped foot we were told by two young laddies they didn't have chicken,steak, cheese and pretty much didn't have anything, as they were smirking and laughing so we said thank you and left. We decided to go to this location and let me tell you, we had a the best customer service ever plus the young man( I forgot to ask for his name) he was quick to attend us and was really professional ?

New management needed asap... This store is so much slower than every other subway around. Plus the bread was stale, they didn't make it a deluxe, and the overall quality of the sandwich making skill was subpar. The food was not ready when it said it would be.. they hadn't even started making it. I will pick a different location next time.

This is the 2nd time I found a hair in my sandwich & when I try & go back, the guy refuses to make me another sandwich or let me talk to his manager. Disgusting!

Turkey, tomatoes and cucumber was out. I was not asked what size and a large sandwich was made, not toasted correctly. Employees spent a lot of time in the back. No napkins. They were giving food away to their friends.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Subway. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. All 3 sandwiches were wrong, was charged for cookies I didn't get. When I called to speak with manager 3 times, I was laughed at and told the manager is not available.
