Subway needs to close their doors already their staff is always unprofessional nine times out of 10 they never have what you need the wait is always 30 to 40 minutes just to get helped and if you have a bill over $20 they can accept it second time I walk in and out with nothing

The lady that worked around 1:30 pm 8/26/25 is very rude. She was throwing the food around with attitude. During my interaction another customer wanted the sub of the day, which they were out of. I then asked if they had a sub side, she very rudely stated that I was supposed to ask before I started my sub as if I were an idiot. I was going to get a drink, however the drink selection was scarce. I asked if they didn't have the flavored teas anymore and she said no again with an attitude. I was so turned off by her that I will not be returning to this location.

The lady, the one who attended me today. She had the worst attitude.... She was very rude, very agresive. Even though, she told me, that she won't be able to complete my order. Because, she didn't have enough of the kind that what I wanted. Before I even told her, what I wanted.

There’s only one employee working on that location. There should be two employee working there. I don’t know if the owner being cheap and not wanting to get to people the poor employee tried her best to do the online orders in the walk-in

Adiana was very rude on 4/19/25 needed restroom. 2 young men came in and were in restroom for a very long time and we needed restroom and employee handled the situation very poorly when asked manager name was answered that she can not give that information .very rude service

Fast and easy, did an online order and forgot to add something and they asked if I wanted anything else I may have missed on the online order and that saved my butt.

Guys there are cool and friendly and I will be back to this spot again

I was ordering and lady was rude as hell for no reason no reason wonder why all the tips in tip jar was just coins I've been the every Subway in Albuquerque and every other one had 10 times better customer service won't ever be back to this one again even though it's the closest one to my house and whoever the manager is you should really start hiring employees actually care about their job and that aren't always in a pissed-off mood :)

Have been to the 98th location and the 6th street in the Loves and have had amazing service. Zero smiles here zero customer service and you guys ask for a tip? I usually hand a 5 dollar tip to whoever makes my sandwich and is friendly about it. This is why people are starting to make their food at home and your jobs are gonna be replaced by a robot. You were not even busy when I walked in so no reason not to be pleasant.

Updating my 2 star to 1 star because the bread was old and hard. I debated on asking for a refund but already experienced enough negativity from the place for the day. Cheer up. Be happy to be alive. Don’t like your job find a different one.

Terrible experience there today. The topping counter was completely empty. I left with a $14.00 sandwich with zero toppings. The bread was dry and ugly too. Worst Subway ever!
