This is the 2nd time I found a hair in my sandwich & when I try & go back, the guy refuses to make me another sandwich or let me talk to his manager. Disgusting!

Turkey, tomatoes and cucumber was out. I was not asked what size and a large sandwich was made, not toasted correctly. Employees spent a lot of time in the back. No napkins. They were giving food away to their friends.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Subway. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. All 3 sandwiches were wrong, was charged for cookies I didn't get. When I called to speak with manager 3 times, I was laughed at and told the manager is not available.

Victor was working today by himself and he was overwhelmed, but he did do a good job, he kept his stride and got everybody served. I at one point became impatient, but as I was watching how hard he was working; I gave him a 100% and "A" ++. Good job Victor. The food has always been great at this location.

We ordered double toasted subs once again, we got home with cold untoasted subs .... Pay closer attention to your orders and stop being lazy, as much as the cost is to feed a family at least give the customer what they're ordering......blahhhhh gross food

Placed an on line order one of the sandwiches had jalapenos. There were 5 stems from the jalapenos that the workers thought would be an extra flavorful meal. Not impressed.?
