I've come here several times now, and each time I come they are always out of something. Today, they were out of napkins, last time they were out of mayo, it's always something. Tables are never cleaned so you're forced to eat at a dirty table or clean it yourself. This will most likely be the last time I come to this location. The one on Paradise and Universe is leaps and bounds better than this one.

So I ordered via the app and still the workers could not get my order or instructions correct I mean really how hard is it to read a damn screen and make the customers order the way they want it HEY OWNER AND MGR CAN YOU ACTUALLY TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO READ AND USE THEIR BRAINS it's not rocket science it's making a damn sandwich. When a customer orders toasted then toast there sandwiches properly when they order light sauce then give them LIGHT sauce when the customer asks you to mark which sandwich is which then damnit mark the sandwiches.

I ordered off door dash and my food was completely wrong. When I went to contact the store to ask about it and say there was a problem the lady on the phone immediately got an attitude when asking “what was wrong with the order” and when i listed out the several items missing she very rudely explained that they are out of EVERYTHING in conclusion. I’ve worked at a subway before and that’s when you have the dasher call and confirm or inform the customer about said problem. She I would have not paid 20$ to get this half ahh made sandwich then get attitude from someone bc they are too lazy to contact someone about their food. I should have looked at the ratings before even buying.

OMG! Why has no one closed this place or get a better crew? Everything I've been here the bread is as hard as a rock and the vegetables are frozen and wilted. Someone pleased something about this place.🤕🙄

We didn’t get to order due to lack of anyone being behind the counter. Waited for quite some time and could hear someone in the kitchen dispensing paper towels rather loudly. We decided not worth the wait and left.

I placed an online order for my lunch break. Once I arrived, I didn't see my order on the rack, so I asked one of the two employees about it. She said they would get it right out. Mind you, there were only two other customers inside. After 15 minutes of not seeing my sandwich being made, more and more customers started coming in, and I was still being completely ignored. 30 minutes went by, and nothing. When I asked the employee about my sandwich, they said they never received my order. (They had three printed receipts by the register, one with my name on it.) So, when I showed them my phone order receipt, she said they never received it, but that they could issue me a refund. (How can you say you never received my order and then say we can get you a refund? It makes no sense.) I tried calling the manager and even left a message, but received no response. Wasted my whole lunch waiting for a sandwich I never got.
I was better off standing in line; they helped other customers, and I was there way before they even came in

Very rude lady in the morning, making it seem like she was out of everything and not friendly at all I wonder that’s why there always empty in that location.
Order online all the time. However, they never get my order right. Ive managed subway before, poor management and sandwich artists here. Bread is never proofed to the appropriate size (i know), the bread is hard most of the time, i know fresh from a day or two. Meats never right. I know what goes into each sandwich. Just disappointing. When complaining, nothing is ever addressed or changed. Sadly, it's the closest one to me, but just wanna address how horrible experiences been.

Don't bring your little ones here with chicken nuggets. They'll kick you out while your ordering to be a paying customer. Been going here for years, walked in and sat my under 5 year old Littles one down with chicken nuggets. Started to order and the Manager of all people walked out and told me our kids can't have outside food. I messaged subway they said thats not a rule and the Subway on Southern happily let us order food while my babies ate chicken nuggets. As a previous assistant manager for Subway and a Long time customer, im very disappointed with the way this subways gone down hill and has such horrid customer service.

I've gone here multiple times and each time it's like it's worse. They never have things. I reached in the cooler to get my kids drink and all the milks & apple sauces were expired. ( not being dramatic )
There was a new girl who did not know what she was doing ( totally fine not her fault ) but no one was helping her. Or teaching her.
Breads are always hard. They are always out of multiple things.
This store needs a reliable manager who can train properly and keep things in the store clean

Just don't eat here. I ordered Italian herbs and cheese and double checked the receipt. They gave me plain white bread and it was probably the stalest bread in the whole cabinet you could almost break your jaw.

Ordered ahead online, showed up 20 minutes later about 3 minutes after the app said my order was done. Showed up and the girl hadn’t even started mine or this other guys order even though the store was dead. Sandwiches were also messily made and falling apart because now she’s rushing to catch up as more people show up.
Please shut this store down or get all new staff
