Every single time, I order DoorDash from this subway, it is, in some way messed up to where I can’t even eat it and I’m only assuming it’s because of my inability to tip due to it not being an option on DD and if I could, I would. So if this is you, congratulations, you’re succeeding because I had to throw my food away and waste my money but I get it, you work decently for tips. Don’t get me wrong. My first job was at a subway in Mississippi and I worked 7 days a week, 8-10 hours a day for 8$/hr and nobody would tip and I dealt with awful and entitled costumers 24/7. Worst job experience I’ve had so far. I did what you’re doing, (unless this is just how you are in general) I would be petty and mess up online orders on purpose if I didn’t see a tip on them. Karma for me now, I guess. However, we are not the same. I worked for 8$/hr while you work for 12$/hr in NM and most likely are getting better tips than I ever did bc this is a different world over here than over there in the South. I did the same amount of work you are doing but for 4$ less. Just remember, it could be so much worse. 👍

Just bit in to a giant bone in my sandwich. Pretty sure I cracked some teeth. I'm trying to get ahold of management . No one answers phone to worn them to pull chicken before happens to some one else.

Make sure you check your receipts people! Cashier tipped herself $5 without my permission. Called the store and the manager Deanna said there was nothing she could do and when I asked her if she just gets to keep my money she responded with Yes ma’am! She tried blaming it on me when all I did was tap my card, did not touch anything! Totally disappointed and will not be returning! Would rate it a zero if that was an option

This is most poorly managed subway I've ever seen! Out of most food. Rotisary chicken, No fresh cookies and most of the drinks, they didn't even lettuce! And the child making my sandwich had zero people skills. I couldn't hear her talk. Don't come here

Did an order online. App was not working properly. Wasn't sure order went through but had a digital receipt from Google Pay. Went to store. One employee working. He was very nice. But, obviously overwhelmed. People were rude to him but he was calm. Alternating online orfers and customers in store. It took 45 minutes for me to get my sandwiches. I blame management for not making sure store was staffed properly.

This location should do the world a favor and shut down. 1 hour to find someone in this location to make me a sandwich!! 🥪. The service and attitude of this place also reflects its poor management and cheap ass owners. They are better off putting in a self serve restroom for all the crap this place puts out.

I went in during lunchtime. Empty? Seemed odd. Finally, someone came out of the back to help me. Ordered a 6”. While putting on veggies, I had her stop immediately and take off the spinach that was not fresh. She went to the other bin and the spinach looked better, although the lettuce on that side had brown edges. She went back to the other side for the rest of the veggies. When I got home and was ready to eat, the bread was very hard along the ends. I will never visit this location again.

I walked into this restaurant to order a footlong meatball sandwich and they told me they were out of meatballs. Would you not think that they would check to see that they have meatballs throughout the day? To say this visit was a disappointment is an understatement. I stopped at the store because for the convenience of it because it's on my way home from work and then I come to find out they don't have any meatballs very, very disappointing. I have to go to a different Subway all together to find my sandwich. I think for future reference that they should always check to see if they have the supplies all the time throughout the day.

Honestly disappointed. This was my childhood subway and now when I come to visit I’m disgusted. I hate to say that towards food but I literally walked in happy for a sandwich and walked out not wanting anything. The workers kept saying can we say “ we’re out of onions “ because you don’t want to cut any or because you’re genuinely out?? Just disappointed:(

Really should have option of zero stars but anyway. Yesterday my son asked for extra olives, manager said would be extra, 55 cents, he said ok, she put on a few olives and then she wanted to charge 2.00 extra, he questioned her about the math on that, her response....threw away the sandwich and asked him to leave. He asked for her name because her name tag is intentionally, unreadable. She would not give and then threatened calling cops, Mike comes from back and also threatens with cops, yes folks, over OLIVES! Guy checking out in front of son was still outside when son left and said he had never seen anything like that on the part of the manager and employees. There is a reason this Subway has such low rating and terrible comments. Find another Subway and owner...hire a new staff because this one is costing you money.
