The old lady I belive her name is Michele was extremely rude and antagonize me for no reason she gave me an extreme amount of attitude and disrespect for just placing a order that every other subway has no problem with do not go here and waste your money

Customer Service is not practiced at this location. I walked in The employee was helping someone else’ one was on break eating his lunch, so I was patiently waiting in line for my turn to get helped. as soon as he cashed out the customer in front of me he literally walked right past me and didn’t say a word. continued cleaning up the previous mess from the customer which was OK but at least; hi how are you? I’ll be right with you, something. I mean he just completely ignored me didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, so I just put my chips back and I walked right out. I didn’t even say a word either horrible that you go to a restaurant to go get dinner and you’re not even acknowledged .

Seems the people do not get customer service training. There was a girl behind the counter and no other customers when I walked in. She did not acknowledge me at all and about 30 or so seconds later someone comes from the back to help.

Worst Subway ever. None of these kids know how to make a sandwich properly. The service is very slow and unorganized. What you end up with is a sandwich that is made so sloppily that it completely falls apart when you go to eat it. Your best bet would be to go the Smiths nearby and buy the stuff to make your own sandwich.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. First I walked in the young lady didn't welcome in any way shape or form. She was making someone's sandwich, and she looked absolutely miserable proceeding to make the sandwich as slow as she possibly could. 15 minutes goes by, she's still working on the same sandwich. Then my turn finally comes. & then she tells me oh sorry this is going to take a while, and starts working on 5 online orders. Then she tells me I've had a long day and I'm tired. Absolutely worthless. Don't go here.

The place was filthy, and they were slow. The big girl was ok, but don't know how to put the condiments on the sandwich, way too much mayo.. clean the glass gaurd, at least...

The employees were completely rude. While creating my sandwich the employee began smashing it like it was a wrestling competition while being annoyed by everything I asked for. Not only was my sandwich being thrown around when I asked her to cut my foot long she had an attitude and threw the knife. I used to believe the glass was there for sanitation purposes however, I now know it's there to protect its customers. By far the worst subway I have been too please I implore anyone to drive the extra 5 minutes to a different subway it's worth the drive!

I ordered online sat in the parking lot patiently waiting while I watched the two employees play around foe 20 minutes instead of making my order. At 735pm (this was when my order was supposed to be ready) sent my daughter in to get it surprise it wasn't ready so I waited another 15 minutes sent her back in and still wasn't ready sent her in again and they packed half the ingredients and couldn't even complete my order but refused to cancel and refund it. Ridiculous don't go here!!

My order should have been ready since it was placed online… but it’s not been waitin over 15 minutes….over 30 minutes still no order when I asked the girl with piercings how long she said we are short staff 5 minutes later she walks out with a sub and a half and went home!!!!
