Went in to order 3 sandwiches. The guy working there was very rude and had us waiting and didn’t even acknowledge us in there for around 10 minutes. When I went to order the sandwiches he Just stared at me Very rude. I requested a 6 inch and It was more like a 4 inch. I tried ordering a sandwich that was on the menu and he told me It wasn’t on the menu. Ordered a Drink and It Tasted terrible the Ice had this black particles in it. I Do not normally Leave bad reviews But this was terrible and I will not be coming back. Keep in Mind me and my 2 friends were the only people in the building. At least the Store was decently clean.

Me and my friends came in and the server man had a stank attitude no shade. He wouldn’t interact with us other than rude stares and seemed really annoyed. Also ice machine had black particles coming out of it into the cup. And Diet Pepsi tasted chemically and over sweet. Other than that the store was clean. He also said he didn’t have a sandwich even though it was right there in the menus and got mad when we ordered it.

Wife & I went in for our nephew's baseball team with an order for 4 footlong and 2 six inch subs, but the person on duty wouldn't make it since she would only make 2 footlongs per person. We left and went to the Subway off San Pedro who did a great job. 9-20-2025.

We ordered online for a 1pm pickup. We were on time and there was ONE employee working. A family came in so she was serving them. She did the best she could but the manager or owner blew it. We have now waited 30min and she just started on our order because in person people keep coming in. Absolutely unacceptable. I want to reiterate…the one employee who was here did her best and probably deserves a raise.

Bendy the new manager is slowing down the other employees with threats of write ups over portions. She did this with a line out the door people left because of the delays. I said something to her about her slowing things down. She retaliated by not serving me instead doing online orders leaving me standing there for 15 minutes and when she did wait on me she refused to put olives on my sandwich she put 6 olives rings on my sandwich. I work walking distance to store and eat there alot I will not return to that restaurant until shes gone.
