When I walked in at 8 pm on 8/1 two hours before close I was informed they were out of meatballs and all bread except flatbread. Not mad I understand things happen just not the first time this has happened so it's a bit annoying.

It was a favorite place for me and my kids, this native lady was rude to me and my son. I guess am going go to paradise location instead or as long as she is there... otherwise the place was great, the young man waiting to go to the military was by far the best employee, after he left the location turned to garage, I'd rather deal with the rude pizza hut guy!!!! This specific location is always out of something even though they're rarely busy. Most of the time they're friendly but when you get the ride one they're really rude and make you feel like you should go somewhere else.

Hit or miss. Always understaffed and gets food 10-20 minutes late. Management really needs to put more effort into this store and maintaining employees.

Disappointed by Rude Staff and Poor Customer Service
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my recent experience needs to be addressed. The customer service I received here was not only unhelpful—it was outright rude. I came in expecting basic courtesy and left feeling disrespected and ignored. It was clear that staff either weren’t trained properly or didn’t care about customer experience at all.
Businesses thrive when they value their customers, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management reads this and takes it seriously—your team represents your brand, and right now, that reflection is far from positive.
Until things change, I can’t recommend this location.

I have been here twice in the last week. Last week when I walked in there was a line and only one person working. Adam even though he was by himself was friendly and quick getting orders out! I was the 4th person in line when I walked in and by the time he rang me up which was maybe 10 minutes? (If that) There was another line of 5 - 6 people but he said on top of it! This guy deserves a raise!
It’s sad that people hate where they work at that they don’t have the decency to even make a decent sandwich. The Hispanic youngster working there is very disrespectful and rude.
I have dined in & made online orders, accurate & fast each time. Thank you for the great service!!
