They kicked me out for having a 4 pound Shih Tzu in my arms while I ordered to go.

I went in having a really hard day mentally and the staff was so great complimenting my necklace and shirt I was wearing it made a big difference in my day ty I sat while I enjoyed my sandwich of the day best service ever

Rude, abrupt service.
This review is for a dinner meal [take out] at 5;45 pm today. ‘Nicole’ was very rude and abrupt, plainly she thought that I was imposing on her time. The poor customer who came in after us did not even get a greeting. Thankfully, it’s Subway, so I could at least make sure that ‘Nicole’ did not spit in my food. As for the other employee - she did nothing but check her phone. She had made the effort to rub out her name on her name plate, and hang it upside down, so that she cannot identified. Recommend that both be fired.

Great experience ordering a footlong sub. The 2 person team was friendly & helpful. There was a hiccup w/ my order and it was resolved perfectly. I will be back.
Great example of customer service
I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. When we entered, we weren’t acknowledged by the staff at all. I had to speak up and let them know we wanted to place an order. One of the employees was too focused on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. To make things worse, when she finally spoke to us, her voice was so quiet that we could barely hear her, even though we were standing just a foot away.
What made this even worse was the fact that the employee was wearing gloves and touched her phone before handling the bread and ingredients with the same gloves. That’s a serious hygiene issue, as gloves should never be used for non-food-related tasks, especially when handling food.
Overall, the lack of customer service and unsanitary practices were unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.
Walked in immediately greeted however the worker was rude and rushed me very rudely. She was rushing us and we were the only ones in line.Very bad attitude and ruined my mood.Will not be going back.

We went 45 minutes before the closed. The woman was rushing us the whole time cut the sandwich longways over 2in on the bottom 1/2 in on the top. Put 3 scoops of tuna for a 12 in. sandwich. The tuna doesn't go from one side of the bread to the other. She was very pushy you could tell she did not want to be there at all. I was actually getting uncomfortable. I won't be going back.

This location does not honor subways refund policy or take contaminated food seriously. We received sub sandwiches that tasted and smelled like some kind of chemical or fragrance had been spilled on them. The owner said this was impossible because they use sanitizer not cleaner at their store. Something clearly contaminated the food, regardless of what they clean with. The owner Mark refused to refund and dismissed our concerns. That approach to food service shows a lack of care for customer safety and well-being, would not recommend this location.
