Honestly, my 2 year old nephew would make a better sandwich than the young guy here. So pathetic and got charged $12 for it.

My first visit to the Subway at the San Pedro location reminded me of everything I used to love about Subway. The store was super clean, the bread fully stocked (can’t remember the last time I went to a Subway that had all of the bread choices available), the ingredients were stocked and my sandwich was made perfectly. The staff was so friendly, and engaging that for the first time in a long time, i ordered a drink, 3 cookies and I ate inside instead of back at my office. The experience was enormously different than what i have come to expect that it actually feels like I’m not at a Subway. If you know the area and you are familiars with the other Subways nearby, you probably know what I’m taking about.

Didn’t know what I was saying at all, they know very little English which is fine, but it made everything difficult and didn’t even wrap my wrap just rolled it over and left it and just didn’t even try to fix it.

I come here all the time. A guy and a woman usually work. This time, there was a younger woman. Her attitude sucks. I asked for the herb and cheese bread and she huffed and gave me the wrong bread. I have to repeat myself 3 times to get the correct bread I'm requesting. She's then huffs again. And then cuts my bread super small and gives me the small slice. I left. That's so dumb. Get a different job if you hate taking requests for sandwiches. It's a super easy fun job if you make it that way. I went somewhere else for a sandwich. Ya lost my money, prob won't be back unless I know the guy and lady are working
They are always so kind and incredible. This girl sucks. And she needs to get a job that doesn't require human interaction. Smh.

My fiancee and I went to the counter to order and immediately there was a language barrier, the two female workers hardly spoke English, if any at all. This made it hard to specify that I wanted the Baja Chipotle Chicken sandwich. The first worker began by putting turkey on the sandwich, which I could only correct after it had moved past that metal barrier they use so you can't see the meats (for some reason). She restarted the sandwich. She put the sandwich in the oven. Then she did not offer any of the ingredients that were supposed to be on the sandwich nor could explain what was on the sandwich. So I did my best looking at the poster. When we got our food and sat to eat, the chicken was ice cold. I immediately lost my appetite. My fiancee went to the counter to request a refund. After stating multiple times that I would only accept a refund, instead of offer to place the bitten-into sandwich back INTO the oven, the worker attempted to communicate by showing my fiancee translated text through Google Translate. About 15 minutes later, we finally recieved a cash refund. One should not expect this mind-numbing level of inconvenience while trying to get a simple sandwich from one of their favorite restaurants.

Worst place to rude n when u ask for avocado they don't scoop it on they just spread a little bit n charge u $2 for none. Never go back.

I ordered from this location online this evrning, Doirdash delivered, and my soda is not in the bag. I gave a sizeable tip and when I try to call this location, the number is disconnected!

Ordered a veggie subs and it was a delight! Jose Changed his gloves when I wanted a veggie delight, he also used a bread only knife. That type of consciousness about others diets and respect for customers goes a long way. If you are a vegetarian or have food restrictions I suggest his subway. The veggies are fresh and they don’t make you feel any sort of way to order non meat.

Stopped in today for a bite to eat. They were busy preparing a large order for pickup. Dont know their names but the man and woman kept working continuously as more people kept coming in and they were still preparing the large order. They filled everyone's order in a quick and polite manner despite the pressure they were under. Kudos to a job well done!

Customer service I experienced was excellent will definitely return. They did however mess up my order I ordered great garlic sub. But recieved a great roast beef sub. Either way still enjoyed it something different.

The lady with the accent, I was looking at the menu at the end of the store and she yelled very loud CAN I HELP YOU? I said not yet!! She said LET ME KNOW WHEN YOUR READY, I said ok I hate to be rushed when I’m looking at the menu!!!! And then to be yelled at!!!!! Omg , please teach these people how to treat their customers with respect!!! Just cause they’re from another country doesn’t give her the right to treat people like this, please take care of this asap,, very unprofessional!!!!

I will never come back to this subway again !!! The worker is very rude and the main manager of the store doesn’t know how to get her workers to do there job . She will encourage there bad behavior it’s the 3rd time I come to this subway and the lady is rude she seems like she hates her job the whole crew in this subway is bad .I wouldn’t waste my time on bad food and bad service .

The lady with the thick accent was rude since the moment we walked in the store. She was complaining about somebody struggling to get out of the parking lot with a U-Haul.After she trashed talked that old lady she decided to take our order however she wanted. She refused to put double cheese or extra green chili on one of our sandwiches (we were fine with the extra charge) she said the green chili was “only 2 scoops and that’s that”As I begin typing my phone number on the pin pad she rudely told me to “stop doing that” she had an awful attitude towards every costumer that came in after us.She was also training a young boy and was treating him very poorly. She was talking down on him and treating him bad in front of costumers. She was telling him things like “hurry up” “do it right” “figure it out” with him not saying a single word back to her. She seems to have very poor training skills or any skills of that matter. She should definitely not be in charge or training or let alone the establishment itself.
