I come here often. The gentleman that made my sandwiches was super friendly n super nice, didn’t care how the Mngr spoke to him tho. This is why plcs can’t keep good help or good friendly help. I hope he sticks around tho I would not mind him helping me again. Usually different Mngr’s here (I’ve never seen this one)

Been frequenting this subway for many many years! It was always my favorite subway in town. The food was great. The staff was nice and I never had any trouble with my orders. Over the last month, I have been there three times and my orders were messed up and missing toppings. The sandwiches were extremely tiny even when paying extra for double meat and cheese. The staff is not as friendly as they used to be. (I order online so I don’t stand there and dictate how to make my sandwich, unfortunately.)
Super disappointed, and we now have to travel further away to a better subway. :(
Hopefully it goes back to the way it used to be soon.

They fired the old staff recently because they weren’t getting the results they wanted and were “giving food away” by being courteous to their customers. So much for a “family owned” store

Hi first my fiance comes in and the lady said she won't take walk in orders, so I ordered on door dash. The sandwich I o ordered was the roasted turkey toasted with honey mustard mayonnaise and regular mustard with American cheese two slices didn't see the cheese and the turkey she put on there there was non-existent and there was barely any turkey that was the worst part of it and it had all the vegetables I didn't order it was awful and my order was $43 for me and my fiance to eat there that's ridiculous and she was on drugs pretty sure my fiance said she was on drugs That's terrible
