Jimmy made my sandwich today and all I have to say is, that man is an ARTIST!!!! My husband and I come to this location because it’s close to my house and with that we found a gem! Jimmy! He’s made our sandwiches before and my husband kinda grumps when he’s not there but ALL ARE AMAZING at this location. Just Jimmy is beyond words! We talked about how he only used to get the meatball sub and I’ve always done the turkey (exactly the same way) since I started eating Subway and it feels nostalgic. But this one,,, THIS ONE RIGHT HERE FOLKS, today was THE BEST SUB I’ve ever had from subway! Thank you Jimmy!

The staff was very nice and the restaurant was extremely well maintained! My sandwich was perfect too! My only disappointment was the people sitting on the ground out front with seemingly all their belongings, fighting and yelling and not making much sense. Otherwise this is a top tier Subway!

I had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. My meal totaled $10.35, and I handed the cashier a $20 bill, politely offering the additional 35 cents to simplify the change. She said she couldn’t accept it and seemed confused by the math. What made the situation worse was her attitude—she became dismissive and even refused to assist with something as simple as handing over the cup for my drink.
Basic courtesy and math skills should be expected in customer-facing roles. Unfortunately, both were lacking during this visit.
To make matters worse, the food was sloppily made and looked rushed, with little care in presentation. Overall, the service and quality fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both staff training and food preparation. I was with my fellow co workers during this interaction.

Staff was extremely rude to us, refused service to us and was weird about letting us use the bathroom (we told them we had put in an online order so we were paying customers). Vibes were extremely off, very extremely bad first impression of Albuquerque.

I come here often. The gentleman that made my sandwiches was super friendly n super nice, didn’t care how the Mngr spoke to him tho. This is why plcs can’t keep good help or good friendly help. I hope he sticks around tho I would not mind him helping me again.

They need to pay better attention I made an order online and they didn't have it on time and then she was giving me a bad attitude

Been frequenting this subway for many many years! It was always my favorite subway in town. The food was great. The staff was nice and I never had any trouble with my orders. Over the last month, I have been there three times and my orders were messed up and missing toppings. The sandwiches were extremely tiny even when paying extra for double meat and cheese. The staff is not as friendly as they used to be. (I order online so I don’t stand there and dictate how to make my sandwich, unfortunately.)
Super disappointed, and we now have to travel further away to a better subway. :(
Hopefully it goes back to the way it used to be soon.
They fired the old staff recently because they weren’t getting the results they wanted and were “giving food away” by being courteous to their customers. So much for a “family owned” store
