The employee was not welcoming he gave us attitude over all this was a awful experience

1/5 ⭐️ Subway has one person working the register and making sandwiches not to mention the only bread that is available is a tortilla, no bread is made prepared.

My boyfriend and I were pretty impressed with this location. The sandwich maker was courteous and made our sandwiches really, really good. My boyfriend and I both commented that the guy who made our sandwiches did a really good job. The only complaint I would have is about the homeless person outside the door asking for money.

Employee had hickeys on her neck, didn't wash her hands properly when serving me she washed them for 3 seconds and then told me you guys don't take anything over a $20. I didn't get my food this is the worst service I've ever gotten

A deeply disappointing experience—avoid this location.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Subway location in Albuquerque deserves it. My wife Alexis posted her review last night after a truly awful visit. Hoping to resolve things, I returned this morning at the manager’s request—leaving work to do so. Instead of making it right, they doubled down on excuses and dismissiveness.

From the cashier to the manager, the entire staff was inattentive, unprepared, and frankly rude. Nothing was ready, no one took responsibility, and the attitude across the board was unacceptable. I love Albuquerque and always try to support local businesses, but this experience was beyond frustrating.

DO NOT eat here. DO NOT order from this location. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy makes it absolutely not worth your time or money.

Pre Ordered for pickup for my husband’s birthday! And was met with workers who were sitting out front like regular customers. Until we went inside then they quickly left again, Leaving ONE, NEW shift lead alone to complete multiple orders by himself. While they sit outside! Or were “clocked out already”.
Service was rude even though we and the other female waiting were more the understanding to the young man left all alone! My husband was more then disappointed and just wanted our money back… which he said he cannot do then acted like he could but could not! We are still sitting here waiting after placing an order at 7:15ish. To figure out if we can get our money back!

Can't prepare a doordash orders i think the employees are lazy and should be fired.10/10@9:28pm.

Paid to get avocado on my sandwich an my sandwich didn't have avocado I called an asked if they would remake it right an was told it would be a waste. Make sure to not pay for avocado because you won't get it on your sandwich when u order online.

I am a property manager in the same shopping area as this particular Subway and I eat here quite often. My complaint is not about the food or problems with an order, it's about the trash that was left in the parking lot of used gloves and trash. My tenant was grossed out about all of the nasty used gloves that the wind brought on my property. I called and. Spoke with the manager on duty and asked him to please pick the trash up and he never did (very unprofessional). I will not ever go to subway again due to the managers unwillingness to clean up the trash.

I went to this subway on a daddy daughter date. We each got build your own footings. The server was very nice and regloved when we asked them to. The bread was well baked and the subs were pretty good.

So I got this meal delivered, not a bad price considering. I got a turkey sub with lettuce and spinach, Chips and a Powerade. DoorDash was doing the delivery, but the delivery was delayed because of the restaurant. For some reason, they had taken a while to complete my order. Anyways The food finally arrives, The delivery man It was very professional and got me my food as quick as he could… But the food itself was disgusting. I opened my sandwich and it looked normal so I started eating. After about two bites, I noticed that it smelled wrong. Like a little foul. I open my sandwich to look inside and the lettuce is dark brown, The cheese is hard in some places, and the bread was stale. The turkey itself smelled sour… I’ve never had sliced turkey smell that way before. I think they literally just put together my sandwich with whatever was left over from the night before. I had to throw the whole thing away it stunk. I’ve heard of Subway doing this before, but I’ve never encountered it myself. Oh well, learn my lesson won’t be eating here again.

Thw food was great and the service was nice, the bathroom on the otherhand was so disgusting that I couldn't use the restroom. The floors outside the restroom had soda all over the ground
