I had given up on subway.. I moved to the East side and ordered at two different shops near the new apartment (Wyoming near Indian School)- app orders were wrong and/or my bread would be rock hard and crumble as I unrolled it. I checked the last time before I left so I wouldn't have trip drive back (or deal with it and just eat it) and again it was just awful... I gave up!
Moved again, near Wyoming and Paseo - just recently someone at work told me to give this location a try. I finally did - THANK GOODNESS! Immediately, the atmosphere feels better, they even said hello in stead of continuing their personal side conversation.. I was already excited. It was an app order so I gave my name and got my order and told them how they already won me over. The sandwiches were perfect when I got home. So, now I'm hooked! If you're wondering if you should try this location - you will not be disappointed!!!

The person behind the counter did not know what ingredients went into their sandwhich. Otherwise, nice person asked if I wanted it heated. I answered yes. It was not heated. When I went into the bag to take out, the sandwich reached in to get a napkin, and no napkin had been added. There is a hood so you can no longer see the sandwich being made which is the opposite of the basics of subways growth, customers watch their sandwhich being made a they advise what they would like on your sandwich. Loud speakers blar that there is a I am not sure of the word "order" waiting. Just to remind me, the customer of who the more important order waiting. Too bad they have good sandwiches.

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a subway but went to this location instead of the normal one I go to on work break. The two dudes working looked extremely young, but let me tell ya, these guys are cranking. So polite, so focused and overall just the best subway experience I’ve had. One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. These dudes couldn’t have been much older than 17 and give me hope on the younger generation. Well done. They deserved props. If I owned this location I’d be super comfy knowing these guys are holding it down.
Wonderful Food! They will cater to your needs and help you to build a yummy sandwich, wrap, and salad. Catering for parties is great. I love the huge subs for football parties at home! There are so many options, too many to list.

I rarely review fast food places if ever. This subway location however deserves a shout out and five stars. It's always clean. All of their employees are super friendly and give you service beyond a fast food place. No matter how big the line is they seems to always be fast and efficient. Great job to whoever manages or runs this location.

Good staff, fast service. No parking at store entrance due to how parking lot is configured. First time trying the pretzel, that was pretty good. Get green chile on your sub!

2 Gentlemen were extremely personable and easy going. They were very polite and patient with our complex orders. I have been to a handful of Subways around Albuquerque and this is the Best experience that I have had so far. I’ll definitely stop back to this location in the near future.
