I did an online order, it took me 15 minutes to get there, I walked in and my order wasn’t ready, the guy there said he was busy, there was no customers there,and he had an “ I dont’t care attitude” there is no manager or supervisor there so I can talk to, the service is very lousy

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. Every time I come here, I am yelled at or someone else is yelled at. All for ridiculous reasons. I really don’t understand the rudeness, almost hatred to the customers.

Came to pick up 2 separate doordash orders I double checked the order and im glad I did. They included the chips but wrong flavor. They didn't put the cookies in the bag and when I pointed it out the girl was like, "well we're out. Then another employee said they didn't bake any yesterday that's why they were left out of the order. I would have been blamed for that because they don't even tape the bag closed. Came for a 2nd order and it hadn't been started because they didn't have the correct kind of bread...she told me she couldnt make it. I called the customer (which they should have done) and customer was fine with what they had. The employee said "oh I would have called them but..." and just trailed off. The order took forever to make. The employees apparently don't know how to bake bread or cookies and can't seem to problem solve either.

my husband and i went to this subway after doing some shopping, the male worker who “helped” us was so rude. he was unbelievably nice to my husband but the second i started talking, the worker would say no to everything i said. it was funny the first 2 times but after the 8th time, it wasn’t funny anymore:( he made my husbands sandwich perfectly, but destroyed mine! he judged almost every topping i had asked for and POURED vinegar on my sandwich, saying “she asked for a lot” , i did not :( kinda hurt my feelings tbh

I walked in when It was dead and the lady was on the phone for 5 minutes before taking my order. She gets mad that I'm still standing there and she yells at the person on the her personal phone to hold on and she finally takes my order. When I finally see my sandwich after she toasted it i noticed I had berely any meat on there when I went to eat the medium sandwich it was smaller then my tiny hand . Long story short I went to firehouse subs after work that day because subway had left me still hungry and seriously disappointed. I have always gotten this sandwich at different locations and this is the smallest $10 sandwich I ever purchased in my life

They covered the windows to see how they make your sandwich and when I pay and come home I see this. It was mostly bread and vegetables, missing more meat. Stay away from this subway horrible service.
The older white lady and girl with the glasses are very unprofessional. Don't work at a place like this if you can't handle customers. Awful customer service . Maybe you should get workers who actually enjoy their job and don't give customers attitudes. Smile maybe you will have a better day!

I think the girl boy working here is on drugs, she moves so slow like a sloth. The vegetables look old and soggy. She has no customer service etiquette and keeps disappearing to the back to do drugs. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!! Drive the extra minutes to the subway down the street.

Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't have flatbread,, no other bread besides cheese bread very rude while making the sandwiches, didn't want to be there,, ordered a salad put whole slice meat on there asked if they cut & he NO they put it like that No, NO OLIVES, NO BELL PEPPER, ONION SOGGY , NO CUCUMBER. Cookies were old very old very HARD & CRUMBLELY , didn't get a receipt

The new dude that was wearing a subway jersey sorry to say but the sandwich I ate was literally the worse 6 inch I've ever ate he DOES NOT know how to make a sandwich. He made my sandwich to stail he put to much vinegar and if I wanted a salad I would've asked for one. The bread literally crumbled into pieces and on top of that why does this subway still have tuna out when it got recalled and taken off the shelves.and with my husband's sandwich it was also horrible so therefore we will not be coming back to this subway .. horrible service

The vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for two days. So disgusting. I definitely did not "eat fresh". And there were crumbs all over the cheese I wanted so I went with one that looked the least
