That guy with all the tattoos working there is a dumbest,rudest guy.
Basically I asked for a salami instead of a pepperoni on my BMT.
He said he can't do that because then it's not a BMT..
He wanted to charge me extra for the salami!! What??
I am not getting pepperoni !!
So I was like okay, just give me a ham and salami, forget the extra salami instead of pepperoni..
He again said, it's not a BMT then!!!
I said just ring it up as a BMT, keep the pepperoni as my gift to you!!
Long story short he wouldn't do it, even though other Subway is okay with it, they understand I am not getting anything for free as he claimed it .
He told me to go to another Subway!!
So I left, I was in the middle of ordering 3 sandwiches, that now will be thrown away.
Well, maybe he didn't, I bet he put the meat back!!
What a way to treat customers!!
It's disgusting most of the time, he doesn't change gloves, no hairnet.
Again I hate doing these reviews but if u go into subway n they got no ham , no lettuce ,no tomatoes, no onions, no olives but still expect us to still pay full price for half ass sandwich that I’m not gonna want, u gotta be crazy- plus u should have signs up that say no ingredients , so u don’t waste more food- go to any other subway trust me!!’ Waste of time

I used to order here everyday a few months ago and it was the best subway. Something changed and now it's one of the worst. Sub orders constantly incorrect, or i order in advance and show up to the time to pickup and it's not even started and the worker zips through it and it's lousy and incorrect.

Place is trash sloppy sandwiches and no customer service skills im so unsatisfied and it's literally a sandwich 😑 do yoirself a favor and go to a diffrent subway any subway but this one.
My family and I came to this subway and I started ordering for my family, then I got to my order asked for a footlong tuna and the worker got a six inch and started making a six inch I told him I wanted a foot long. He got so mad he threw the six inch across the serving station. I thought he was going to throw the sandwich at me, then he started saying things in a lower voice this worker was so mad He scared me. I don’t think subway should have just one worker for the night, at least to prep the food because this guy didn’t have a lot to put on the sub. No con-dements. I will never go back to that store
Bought an ice cold meatball sub. Customer service wasn’t the greatest but having cold meatball sandwich for lunch is not what I was expecting. Probably will avoid subway for a while.
I did an online order, it took me 15 minutes to get there, I walked in and my order wasn’t ready, the guy there said he was busy, there was no customers there,and he had an “ I dont’t care attitude” there is no manager or supervisor there so I can talk to, the service is very lousy

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. Every time I come here, I am yelled at or someone else is yelled at. All for ridiculous reasons. I really don’t understand the rudeness, almost hatred to the customers.

Came to pick up 2 separate doordash orders I double checked the order and im glad I did. They included the chips but wrong flavor. They didn't put the cookies in the bag and when I pointed it out the girl was like, "well we're out. Then another employee said they didn't bake any yesterday that's why they were left out of the order. I would have been blamed for that because they don't even tape the bag closed. Came for a 2nd order and it hadn't been started because they didn't have the correct kind of bread...she told me she couldnt make it. I called the customer (which they should have done) and customer was fine with what they had. The employee said "oh I would have called them but..." and just trailed off. The order took forever to make. The employees apparently don't know how to bake bread or cookies and can't seem to problem solve either.

my husband and i went to this subway after doing some shopping, the male worker who “helped” us was so rude. he was unbelievably nice to my husband but the second i started talking, the worker would say no to everything i said. it was funny the first 2 times but after the 8th time, it wasn’t funny anymore:( he made my husbands sandwich perfectly, but destroyed mine! he judged almost every topping i had asked for and POURED vinegar on my sandwich, saying “she asked for a lot” , i did not :( kinda hurt my feelings tbh

I walked in when It was dead and the lady was on the phone for 5 minutes before taking my order. She gets mad that I'm still standing there and she yells at the person on the her personal phone to hold on and she finally takes my order. When I finally see my sandwich after she toasted it i noticed I had berely any meat on there when I went to eat the medium sandwich it was smaller then my tiny hand . Long story short I went to firehouse subs after work that day because subway had left me still hungry and seriously disappointed. I have always gotten this sandwich at different locations and this is the smallest $10 sandwich I ever purchased in my life

The most terrible service and worst cleanliness I have ever seen in my life in a Subway. The most despotic and racist person in the world. NEVER VISIT IT, better to hold back your hunger... Poor people who own that franchise...
