I went here at 8 the other night to go eat and they were close up when there for says 9 pm okay?? also i had ordered a pick up order from them and there was no option at the time to remove lettus and tomatoes etc.. so i put less cause i assumed since there was no other way to remove, and the girl at the front said well that's how you ordered it so i'm not going to remake it, she remade it when i demanded because my daughter is a picky eater and i want her to eat because SHES A CHILD, and the girl said well in the end your kids eating habit isn't my fault(short hispanic native or asian girl not very pretty)

The employees here are not friendly and complained to each other the whole time while not really caring how they were making my sandwich. The quality of the veggies was pretty poor and the bread seemed like it had been sitting awhile. I'll avoid this

The little lady is rude and she makes the sandwich very messy. There are some great people in there but there's a lot more people that are rude and don't care how the food comes out. I miss the old managers there. But once they got new management it went down with the quality of how they make things.

Don’t expect to be greeted with a smiling face. Make sure you say the exact number of the sub you want, if you don’t you will be ridiculed and made out to be the bad person because you don’t know there menu. Wow first time I’ve ever experienced such service. I guess I’ll have to go to another sub place. Too bad.

The lady with purple and blue hair was so rude, the older lady with no teeth was yelling with no respect so I'm glad the short lady helped me she made my day she was very friendly, I was already having a bad day then she comes in With a big smile all goofy and very patient with me and she made my sandwich very good and she listened to exactly what I wanted I hope to see her offten

I eat this subways everyday and I hate coming into this subways because there staff are so rude but today I walked and there was something diffraction a new employee she was very nice, she was patient with me, she made my day with her jokes and for the first time in a long time I enjoyed coming in I can't remember her name I know it started with a D. You guys need more workers like her if I don't see her working here I decided I'm not eating subway no more.!!

The manager treats the employees with disrespect. She approaches both customers and employees with a degrading tone. I will never go back to this subway and I think whoever owns this franchise should know the manager is making them look bad. Not only was she disrespectful but she isn't aware of our laws. Someone under the age of 18 is not allowed to use box cutters, yet on more than one occasion I have witnessed teenagers handling box cutters. This is unacceptable.

When asked for a Italian BMT the lady point me to #18 with out even explaining why. I moved forward with my order, and when asking for more then 3 veggie options she said I AM NOT MAKING YOU A SALAD! she was very rude and disrespectful. I pride my self on being a good person. The way she treated me really hurt and upset me. But didn't want to make a big deal about it. So I just told her never mind thank you and I left.
