The staff was very friendly and very upbeat. They did a great job taking my order.
I ordered a 6 inch hotshot, deluxe. not only did they not make it deluxe but they didn’t even put the standard amount of meat.

I placed an online order for 3 footlongs. After picking up the sandwiches and arriving home shortly after, we unwrapped them. The 2 steak and cheese ones only had a very small portion of the meat and it was half frozen. We ordered them with multiple toppings like onions, peppers, etc. We went right back to show the 2 young male employees that they only gave us bread with a bit of ice cold meat. We asked for them to please make them correct.
We were told that they are not allowed to remake or fix mistakes and they threw the bad ones in the trash. We couldn't believe what we were hearing and seeing so my wife asked for a refund after seeing them tossed into the garbage. The reply was "we can't issue a refund." After asking to speak to a manager the male employee with dyed red hair said we don't know where she is and we can't give you her name. Eventually the other employee finally said just void the order. But after this experience I don't feel confident my refund is coming. What in the heck has happened to customer service? These employees could care less about the half frozen steak sandwich that was missing all the toppings. And they could care less if we ever came back again.

By far the worst service I ever had at a subway will never return the manager lady what's so rude had an attitude and told me to go eat at a Chinese restaurant do not eat there

Manager Laura is very unprofessional and rude. She has such a problem answering question as if she isn’t at work. Her glove ripped and her finger was all over my sandwich and when i asked about it she rudely replied i’m not making another one.

Not happy at all! Bought 2 footlongs tonight for dinner. Used the app for the special they are offering. I personally feel if you are offering a deal you do NOT skimp on the ingredients. Didn't even receive the sandwich as we ordered it. Missing some things requested all together! So frustrated to finally unwrap them and find subpar sandwiches. Should have just ate at home!
Absolutely terrible experience, when I first arrive the rude lady Lauras stops helping a customer and screams, with him within whispering distance "We're closed but only to him" (pointing at me.) Not sure if this was her attempt at sarcasm, but I've never been so embarrassed or put-off. Assuming she was joking, we went to order our food. She kept a hostile and rude demeanor the entire time. She was training a new employee and was not actually teaching or training, just scolding and pointing. We try and try again to give this location a chance. I worked at a subway in a mall food court, and it is not difficult to remain professional and courteous during a customer's visit.

Love this particular Subway! It is always clean, and the lettuce and tomatos are always fresh. The two guys that run it are friendly, attentive, and have a sense of humor as well as compassion for others.

I was being helped by a very nice and friendly staff member when the Manager who has a very heavy accent tried to tell the worker something. I couldn't even understand her she was saying it too fast and incoherent. Well after the employee couldn't hear her for a third time the manager looked at me and pretended to shoot herself in the head. As a member of management myself, that is completely uncalled for and the employee did not deserve to feel like an incompetent fool as the manager made her feel. After I left I saw the manager was still scolding her for not doing anything wrong.
