Food was mid. Nothing special, bread could of been toasted better, I asked for it to be toasted double. I was kinda rushed as he prepares my sandwich. Service was friendly, nice guy.

LAURA is a very rude Manager, I do not like how she was yelling at my child because She’s the manager, putting the wrong food on my child’s sub that he is Allergic to learn management! And be nice to your customer! If you can’t Don’t be in a fast food business! I will not take my business here to the store ever again then forcing me to give you a tip!? That is Not required whenever I already spent 30$ On my 3 Sandwiches was not Charge correct !!!!!!!! Yackkk Cockroaches in lobby in bathroom no Toilet paper or soap and bathroom Very dirty ,food everywhere in lobby Behind being very disgusting and dirty!! Health inspector needs to check this place out
Really rude!! here the Manager that was working today January 5th 2026 at 11:40am was really rude! Yelling at me My Tuna wasn’t fresh bread was really hard whenever you walk inside of a store, you would like to feel welcomed I Didn’t get welcomed in or talk to ! Really rude here I Understand if you’re having a horrible day, but don’t put it on your customers yelling at them!!:)

Upon reading the reviews at this location the manager and upper owner must not care about his customers nor safety of them the complaints on Lora are disgusting none the less I will never give this location my business again

It is Sunday 5:33 and I just stopped into one of the best Subway restaurants in the city. I can assure you I will not be back
The woman behind the counter when I asked for her first name, she said she didn't have to providing me with that. So I'll I can't tell you her name, but I'm sure that you can look up on your schedule as to who was behind the counter. She was upset with me because I asked her to change her gloves after she had her hands in the money till and then decided that she was going to make another customer sandwich. The customer ahead of me asked for a toasted.Sandwich the young lady behind the counter was extremely Irate and was wanting to argue with the customer ahead of me about it.
She threw the sandwich in the trash
And proceeded to make the sandwich again
I hope that you look this up on your security camera. Her behavior, what's less then acceptable. She's definitely not Parisa nor was she even close to being a joseph. I have done nothing but praise this store and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I didn't not purchase a sandwich.I will not purchase a sandwich from somebody who does not practice good hygiene. I'd like a response for management. And if I don't get a response, I will be calling the health department when I get good customer service, I let you know. when I get bad customer service. I don't have time to review bad situations. But when I receive customer service like I received in your restaurant tonight. I'm googa, put it in a review everywhere I possibly can this service was unacceptable.
Okay where to start. I'm in the Juan Tabo location 2 or 3 times a week. I can't say a bad thing about anyone who works there but...
I really want to say, you have 2 sandwich artists on your staff that Go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND regular customer service. Parisa and Joseph are just incredibly. I have seen them in action when there are a dozen people in the restaurant and when its just me. I guess what I'm saying is they are consistent weather they are busy and under pressure or when it's slow, I walk into the store and am greated with a Hello and a big smile, and you don't see that from younger adults in the food services industry anymore. I have ownen a business working with the public and they treat me the way I would want my employees to treat my customers. I'm not sure if this particular store is a franchise or if it's corporate owned but either way, these two need to be recognized for their outstanding, customer service.

Walked in tonight to make a sandwich. Little manager with an accent was trying to make me sit down for some reason as if I wasn’t allowed to look at the menu, then another customer came behind me, she was making our sandwich and was gonna toast his eggs at the same time she toasted my sandwich, he requested for it to be toasted on top of his sandwich or at least separate from mine and she said she was not gonna sell him the eggs like that. I then wanted to make my sandwich and the woman was mad because I wanted my sandwich I’m paying for made how I want to make it and she wanted to do it how she wanted to do it. Weirdest experience ever especially at a Make Your Own Sandwich place. She then recommended we go to the subway up the street. 6:40ish 1/3/26.

Laura is absolutely rude... please stay far away from this place. My food was made wrong I understand it happens but when it does happen please fix it rather then yelling at me and getting upset with me because you made a mistake. I only wanted my one 6 inch fixed all my other food was fine.. but nope instead Im stupid and get out was what I was met with... I hope you find peace in whatever you are going through because seems to me reading the reviews you get a lot of bad complaints.

When you visit a restaurant, you anticipate cleanliness and quality customer service. Unfortunately, this establishment falls short. The dining area is unkempt, with food scattered about. I encountered the main manager, who identified herself as Laura, and found her demeanor to be extremely rude. She suggested that I take my business elsewhere, which I intend to do. a business owner myself, I can attest that this level of treatment and service is entirely unacceptable. It is imperative that the individual responsible for overseeing this manager addresses her behavior and provides corrective guidance. If left unchecked, her actions will likely have a detrimental impact on the business. I will be sharing my disappointing experience with colleagues and advising them to avoid this location. Furthermore, the soda area is dirty tables covered in crumbs presence of deceased cockroaches on the floor was a significant turnoff.
This subway definitely falls short of standards..

I'm upset with this location because sometimes the employees forget to provide good customer service so customers will return. Today I went to this Subway with some family members. We used coupons, and I paid for my order. Then I said I wanted to pay for his order, and the lady who was taking payments—by the way, she told me her name was LAURA I didn't see her name tap—I asked her for it. She said I couldn't because he was going to use a coupon. I didn't understand why I couldn't pay for his order if I had already paid for mine; it was a separate transaction. When her was helping my family, he asked her to put the cheese on top of the meat, and she said she couldn't because it was a new way of doing it. I understand that you have to provide good service, and good service means that a customer leaves satisfied. If the customer tells you to make their sandwich a certain way, I don't see why you can't. Besides, they seem annoyed because we use coupons. If Subway sends coupons to customers, it's because they want to offer good deals, and I don't know why it bothers an employee.:/

Calisa is horrible at customer service and making sandwiches during night shifts. She behaves like she does not want to be there and is there looking for another job somewhere else.

My sandwich was ice cold(supposed to have been hot or warm at least!) and was not made correctly! I also had a bag of chips missing that I paid for, and so when I call the store to complain, their telephone number is NOT A WORKING NUMBER!!! How freaking convenient is that??? I won't be ordering from this store any longer...
