Okay I ordered my food after waiting in line for about maybe 5 minutes no big deal then I finally get my food and try to go sit down at a table all the tables were dirty I had to clean the table myself and wipe off the seat the restaurant was filthy so I started eating my food in my bread was hard on the top and spongy in the middle I could not taste anything and it was just falling apart I took about two or three bites and I was just like you know what this is not worth $12 so I took it to the lady and I gave her all the food back and she said that she would give me a refund after talking to the manager because she didn't know how to do the refund she was new she took my information and I didn't hear back so I went back about 4 or 5 days later still the same situation it was another young lady that didn't know how to do refunds told me to write my information down again and that the manager will call me well that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back from any manager
Very well kept clean, the manager Angelo was super respectful and provided amazing customer service while he ran the store by himself with walking customers coming in. Thank you Angelo from my son and I.
I should have read the reviews before coming to this location.
Floor is filthy, prep station nasty
The young lady who served me was very sweet. Unfortunately she didn’t even know that breakfast was served all day.
Only advantage of my visit is that I was charged a less price for the sandwich.
This place is always out of everything. They need to train their staff on human interaction and to check people out. This restaurant is going downhill.
Should have read and noticed the 1 star reviews at this location and 98th. They were inappropriately stocked and staffed. The young lady ( very nice and cordial) had to call us 3 times to let us know if the meats they did not have. We ordered on the app and tried to cancel, but no luck. She tried calling 2 different managers various times and no answers. Both locations were staffed with only one employee. Same owner to both locations. You should do better to serve your clientele for what they paid for. If negative stars were an option, that would be the only thing going for both locations. I doubt that the managers or owners will do anything about unsatisfied customers.
Terrible experience from the moment we went in, one employee no line, she had an order ahead of us and already seemed stressed, when she finally got to our order she was ordering us around how she wanted us to do it, she wasn’t really kind about anything, and online order came by to pickup in between where she was being rude to that person as well, because she doesn’t speak Spanish which I speak both… other lady didn’t deserve that. When she asked my wife if she wanted the bread toasted my wife misunderstood and was told to answer the first question as the bread being toasted is what she was being asked as there’s better easy to let someone know, okay we brought a coupon to use and let her know before we started ordering, employee let us know they don’t have steak… okay so we order something else…. Why is it that once our whole order is done the employee tells me without reading my coupon. Did you read your coupon in a very snarky way. To which I said yes why, and she says one of your sandwiches doesn’t fall under that coupon sorry. Why did she still make it? If she has it memorized why did she wait till the end. worst subway experience I’ve had in a while, shady practices and terrible treatment like we are a problem being their customers, wanted to return the food and get a refund as I can’t even eat it at how disgusted I feel with the person who made it infront of me with such an attitude if you could poison food with such a thing I’m sure I’d be dead .
I was so disappointed, because Subway subs was 1 of my favorite subs too order now it's like they do not care.
The wait was longer than 30 minutes the staff member that was working there that evening was sick with a runny nose had no mask and looked exhausted 🤧 she had too many online orders to fill I didn't even see her change her gloves even after the minutes we waited for 1 item
Definitely SHORT STAFFED
Food was soggy dumb guy drenched my sandwich in vinegar than gave me the wrong sandwich for my 2nd one dont go here employees don't care if could rate lower i would
Terrible experience at this Subway. The worker took five minutes just to cut some meat, which was already frustrating. Then, when we went to fill our drinks (which had no sign stating we couldn’t), she got mad at us for it and didn’t let us fill it up until we paid. On top of that, she didn’t even prepare the sandwich properly and rolled her eyes at us the whole time. Completely unprofessional and rude. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy waiting forever for bad service.

Do not come here i left with no food due to will no assist lady asked if I had online order when I told her not she got upset said she only had 1 type of bread left and just proceeded to prep food she had already had on counter I was waiting for her over 5 minute I just ended up leaving
I just went in and no one was at the counter I waited about ten minutes and no one ever came out. I finally just walked out. Also there was food all over the counter.
skinny white boy very unverbal and was obviously high on the job, took him 30 minutes to make 2 subs, there was even a customer that left because of how slow he was putting together these sandwiches. i thought it was bad, but then i found out he couldn’t even remember to cut the sandwiches in half. terrible!
The gentlemen that assisted us barely assisted us went by the name of ray or raymond could not speak immediately walking in asked if we were online and was upset he had to make two subs started making them wrong and when i stated and pointed it out had the nastiest customer service , people should not be hired if they have NO customer service . Do not come here i left with no food due to his will to assist
