Had food poisioning thats been going on for 2 days now. I normally get Subway all the time. This time I had only Subway today and woke up with chills and a bad stomach ache. The pain drove me to write this review.

Pleasantly surprised! All good:Shared Sammy, service, nice place -- clean and what you'd like in a sandwich shop. A far cry (this location) from what some remember Subways were. Will go back!!

The two young men working today made this my best subway experience EVER, seriously ever! I didn't get their names but they were friendly and fast and the place looked clean as well.

The crew that works this site are Always phenomenal. They never treat us as just a customer, but rather go out of their way to ensure a healthy conversation is held and we feel cared for and seen. This is legit the only location we got to, and the staff is 100% the reason why. Love you guys!

This location is alright. When I got there, the mobile order I had placed wasn't ready. To be fair they were, fairly busy. Workers appeared tense and shorthanded, but the cow piercing girl maintained her demeanor and a positive attitude. This baffles me because I applied here and my application was ignored, in hindsight, I doubt I would have been a good sandwich artist. The sandwiches were decent at best; no stickers were applied, as I learned the hard way when one slipped out the wrapper and landed all over the bag. Which is probably my fault for not checking the bag before leaving. Only giving 4 stars for good costumer service.

They started charging Xtra for green chili and that is unheard-of in this state. That is the most popular Xtra side for any sandwich.

Parking: 2 parking spaces. More spaces are available within easy walking distance. A wheel chair would have difficulty getting into the store. Parking is on the side and difficult to navigate.
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is in poor condition and the entrance door is very heavy.

Was not greeted, was not told anything, and stood in line without acknowledgment while phone orders were finished. Phone orders take priority over customers in the store. May have been rushed but no reason to ignore customers in the store. I'll probably switch to a different Subway.
Every time I pick up an online order the assistant manager (guy with long ponytail and glasses) thinks that he can require me to give him a password in order to receive my food from the back counter or says a tip is required. I am definitely not a fan of the harassment just to pick my food up and he does this every time. (6 different times over the past year) I’ve been a long time (since hs) customer and the owner was a sandwich artist at the San Antonia location. The owner is wonderful and always has been over the past 20 years. The assistant manager though makes me not want to order sandwiches here and it’s the location closest to me. It got to the point where my husband has to go on with me every time to pick up the order. Literally just want my order to feed my family.

The email used was my wife’s email Victoriazamora248 this is the right location to Served me cold meet balls and steak called to complain they literally sent me a copoun booklet after telling me they were going to send me a couple free sub coupons to make up for my bad experience they sent me coupons that I can get right from the app make a purchase for a free sub poor service and did not make up for there mistakes just made another one I have the email showing what they said to about the free coupons
