They got roaches and mis handle the food!!! Customer service and management is a joke as well

The staff making sandwiches right now is sick. His nose was dripping while making my sandwich. I almost didn’t keep going through with my order. I’m not sure why they had him working looks like management needed to keep him at home to feel better. From a manager standpoint this would be safer for everyone around. Shame on the management for making him come in.

I definitely prefer this Subway. It has been consistent for the last three years. Staff is typically friendly. I have not seen a high employee turnover rate but they could use some more help it seems.

Ordered on the app and when we went to pick up a mobile order was ignored when we stated we were there to pick up a mobile order so we just grabbed it off the shelf and still was not acknowledged. Then we get home and our sandwiches did not have any meat at all and one sandwich had a long hair wrapped under the sandwich. This was the worst experience I have had at subway.

I went in today and wanted a snack and not a whole meal. I wanted the pretzel and now, Subway quit serving it. The staff was so sweet and kind and very friendly. I told them I just wanted a snack and they led me to a great decision. I got the kids sandwich. It was delicious and made just right. I just can't get over how friendly they were.

Ordered 2 sandwiches was supposed to be the same but it wasn’t also the bread tasted as if it was day old bread tried calling the restaurant directly @3:50 pm no answer

Tonight the tomato’s, lettuce, bell peppers and onion were awful and my bread was crumbling apart. First time this has happened here.

Big waste of time in my opinion I didn't even know people eat at these places anymore, some of that food sits out all day long, and they are stingy with the meat. Best thing is the cookies if they even have any. Usually out because the cookies goes faster than the so-called subs
ASSISTANT MANAGER BRIAN was super rude. He asked my what I wanted and when I answered him, he turned his back and started talking to some guy that in the restaurant.
I told him what I wanted and he replied very rudely, we don't have that. I said, yes you do. He then didn't ask any other questions until it was time to add the veggies. He was rude to me the entire time I was in the store. I asked him if he had any of the footlong cookies ready to go, he said no, we make them fresh and that will take 10 min, we have other choices ... I cannot believe an ASSISTANT MANAGER would act in such a way. I will not be going back.

Tomatoes came frozen on the sandwich and they forgot 1 of the 3 ingredients I asked for. Sorry but if you make a mistake on such a simple order of 3 ingredients, that’s very frustrating.
