I know it's just a chain that is on every other corner in every midsize to major city, but I still love the meatball sub once a year or so.

The workers were pleasant and easy to work with and the food was always good. The restaurant itself needs to hire more workers. Every time I go there is a bare minimum and they are usually serving a bunch of people. Always remember to be appreciative of those making the food.

I wish I could give this place a negative stars. I was in today and they gave me cold meat when it should be warmed my whole sandwich was falling apart and not edible. I returned to the store to get it remade and the guy at the counter argued with me and then when I asked for my money back he continued to argue finely he gave me my money back after fighting with he he should not have a job there I will never go back withx is sad I was there almost daily. He also had the nerve to tell me that is is just fast food what do I expect WORST customer service ever!!!!!!
We got to subways all over the ABQ/RR area and this store has the absolute worst customer I've been to. The two employees behind the counter were super rude! They act like they don't want to be there for one. The first guy barely acknowledges your or your responses. And the second guy takes to you like a child and tells you he didn't just make your sandwich.... I go to fill my cup with one of the drinks in the clear dispensers and one of them looks like it's full of mold. Completely disenchanted! I will not step foot back in this location!
