I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, but the customer service was terrible from start to finish When I walked in, I politely asked for a water cup, and the cashier was immediately rude for no reason. When I noticed my sandwich was wrong, I asked if they could remake it something Subway usually has no problem doing. Instead, the cashier refused and was extremely rude about it. To make matters worse, his father, who was also in the store, made an unnecessary comment telling me I should “be lucky for what I got because some people don’t have food.” I understand that some people struggle, but that’s not an excuse for bad service especially when I paid for my meal to be made correctly

At first it was a little offsetting when entering. Due to it being a small location you could see the need to be patient. The menus changed and that's awesome. The workers need a minute to trust your visits, reasonably so. It's ABQ. The food is always amazing and they lighten up once you've been there a few times. It's a great spot to eat in if you like the tables or booths. Always clean and great vibes.

Walked in to pick up a web order. Chatted for a while with the guy behind the counter as he made my sandwiches. Im build, white, dark hair, thick rimmed Buddy Holly glasses. Seemed like an ok guy. Right before he hands me the food he says, "Normally I would have to confirm the order, but you're good. It's just those Hispanics that steal orders." To which I replied that I would be considered "Hispanic," but was born in the USA. Then he says "No, no. It's just the ones that don't speak English that are dishonest." After another short exchange where I let him know I wasn't ok with what he said I left the place feeling VERY unsettled by his racist blanket statements, and I will never set foot in this Subway again if this is the type of people they hire. We live in New Mexico after all. Most of us are "Hispanic." Absolutely disgusting!!

My sandwich wasn’t even what I ordered, didn’t come toasted, forgot my drink, and I paid 16.00 for the pleasure of a cold stale sandwich. For that price I could’ve got somewhere else for a HOT meal. When I asked for my drink the woman argued with me it’s in the tiny bag that was stapled. That was a lie. Then they had the audacity to look at me with some side eye energy… smh.

I know it's just a chain that is on every other corner in every midsize to major city, but I still love the meatball sub once a year or so.
The workers were pleasant and easy to work with and the food was always good. The restaurant itself needs to hire more workers. Every time I go there is a bare minimum and they are usually serving a bunch of people. Always remember to be appreciative of those making the food.
