Food is good but employees donât know what an Italian BMT is, the coupon scanner wasnât working apparently so guy behind had to pay full price. Employee Wasnât able to break a 20$ bill. Floors and tables were disgusting . Cookies literally broken on the floor as I walked in. Chips and nasty sticky all over every table . I love subway but dang .

We walked in to order. One of our s asked for a 6âon white. She then asked how many sandwiches and got out another white loaf. First person ordered theirs and they worked down the line. They then asked the 3rd person in line what they wanted. He asked for a wrap, got a flatbread instead. Then she decided to ask what I wanted (#2). Told her 6â wheat, she put it on white with very little on the sandwich. When I told her I did not want cheese, she rolled her eyesâŠ. Very unprofessional service which seems to be a trend and the food was not what we ordered

Ordered online. Got there at the posted pickup time only to be informed that my order does not get started until I arrive. What is the point of ordering online. I will never go to Subway on 98th st. again and I recomend you don't either. Waited over half an hour for my order. Asked for a managers' name and was refused. I believe this to be an unacceptable way to do business

I went to this location a few times to get a foot long meatball sandwich. It was only $7.99 but it went to $9.99 now. I guess it's because of all the fast food competitions around the 98th/Central location area. Or it's owned by a different owner. The staff are really quick, attentive, patient, respectful, and friendly.
