The girl working was covered in hickeys and should cover up. It’s disgusting and no one wants to see that. The other two boys on shift were slow making an online order and were caring too much about how neatly they placed jalapeños on the sandwich. There was 5 people waiting to get their orders taken. Overall super slow and should be wearing hairnets with how much hair they all had. The boy with long curly hair had lose bracelets on that was touching all of the food. The girl was also not wearing any gloves while switching out the condiments. We went February 10 at 5:10 and waited 30 minutes to be served.Meatballs were cold even after getting it toasted.

I was received with a welcome and team members were friendly. I placed my order (Meatball Sandwich) and took it to go but when I arrived home I noticed they only put three meatballs in the sandwich. I returned to the store and they offered me another sandwich and I declined, I asked for a refund and the gentlemen at the register alleged he couldn't do it only the store manager had access to do refunds and she will get back to me the next. The next day I didn't get a call or a refund I called the store and a female team member answer and was very rude and started telling me I should off check my order before leaving the store. They should make every order to customers specifications and if you don't have enough product make the customer aware and suggest a different sandwich. I wrote a complaint and I'm still waiting for a manager to reach out, it has been 20 plus days. I don't recommend this store.

ABALDO MOTION

The little hood kids working are very rude and ignore you when you enter and wait for their attention. 5 mins for a hello. Then a snarky look when not adding a tip. A tip for what?

Place does not close until 10 I was there at 8 asked for pickles they "didn't have any" asked for jalapeños "they didn't have any". Why say you are open until 10 if by 8 you have nothing..

The worst food ever they made us wait almost 1 hour and they all of are subs wrong they also just added tomato sauce that I did not ask the worst place everyone never come here ever.
