They were supposed to be open, but 45 mins after opening hour, it was still closed. I went to Jersey Mike's instead. Will never go to another Subways.

Went into subway on 8/22 around 4:30. I had placed a mobile order and when we had went inside to pick it up, the young guy working there seemed like he was either high or drunk off his mind. Come to find out, he’s from a different store and works at this location occasionally. My boyfriend and I had to go take our sandwiches back because they were completely inedible. But here comes Luke to our rescue to make our day 100x better. Not only did he accommodate us by re making our sandwiches but he had the best customer service I have ever received at a subway. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Please give Luke a raise because he definitely deserves one!!!
Love coming on the weekend, After a hard day at work around 7 or 8, the employee at night absolutely love him, he always greets me and many other people with a great attitude, a great person to have a conversation with about something random, always finding a way to leave a smile on my face when I leave.

Need better Employees that aren’t so aggressive and Rude! Came in yesterday 8/2/25 at 2:27 and the guy that was Making our sandwich’s was getting frustrated with the fact I politely asked for more mayonnaise he ends up squirting a whole lot more outta of pure anger and then my mom was up and she wanted mayonnaise on her sandwich he says “well we’re all out this is all we have so” anyway It was mid day and they were apparently “all out mayonnaise” toward the end where he wraps up the sandwich’s he was slamming them so aggressive for absolutely no reason! Told me his name was Luke.. I know damn well it wasn’t but yea @SUBWAY OWNERS do better at hiring AT LEAST THAT!

Everytime we go they never have what we ask for, not sure if it's because they refuse to stock up so it makes it easier for them to clean up or turn people away but it's pretty frustrating. I went in today and same thing happened, no veggies only white and wheat bread no avocado they can't toast and when I asked foe the manager they said he/she wasn't in and when I asked for the store number so O can file a complaint the girl told me to look it up on the website. What kind of service is this?! Definitely doing my research and making a formal complaint.

This has to be the worst subway in town. They mess up every single time. I am pretty sure they try really hard to create the exact opposite of what you request.

Says open at 8:30am but closed it’s 9:45am on a weekday
We had a very disappointing experience with this location. We placed a mobile order and ended up waiting much longer than expected. While we were waiting, one of the employees, Terry, was behind the counter eating ice cream, which was unprofessional. When I asked if our order had gone through, she seemed annoyed by the question.
Once we finally received our subs, the tuna sandwich had a powdery texture, and my husband couldn’t even eat his. I had requested oil and vinegar on mine, but it was missing. When I asked for a side cup of it, I was told they didn’t have any. I then asked if I could bring the sandwich up so they could add what was forgotten, but Terry told me there was nothing she could do.
Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations either. Very disappointing visit.

Sanitation needs to be addressed at this location. I went in on 5/20 aprox. 11:30. The girl behind the counter did not change her gloves once. She handled money with her gloves on and moved on to make a sandwich with the same gloves. After i saw this, I walked out. I know she was busy, but here has to be protocol to properly handle food.

Ordered online order but got nothing but pickles, worker didn't warn me that my order wasn't right. Wouldn't have taken the sandwich at all.

Went in to place a large order, pay for and to have picked up later in the week. The young man (?) who was wearing a black head mask, could not see his face, said we only had 2 options, pay and take now (hold them for 4 days?) or catering and pay an up-charge. They would not fill the request any other way. I don't think he was listening, just dictating. I came to find out that Subway has contracted with a catering business to handle larger orders. This increases their prices considerably because the sandwiches are higher than the menu price, all the veggies, cheese and condiments are extra even though they would be free on any sandwich. In addition, the sandwiches are not made by Subway but the catering company. I'm not paying extra for a subcontract. Looks like we will be eating something else later in the week and perhaps from now on.
Just came here hungry and nobody is here.. waited for 3 minutes..and left... Dunno . Gotta find some other sandwich places to eat now ...

The 2 subways near me suck and always mess up my order some way or another and take forever so I drove a little further to this location because of the recent reviews and the people working tonight were great! Problem solved quick and easily and made my sandwich so bomb!
Good food, friendly staff, and a clean environment. What more could you ask for
