Worst subway in Albuquerque un professional, they are always out of everything, save you the time and go to a different Subway .
Always out of everything and the workers are always rude barely letting you in the door before they are yelling they are out of bread and expect you to leave and then running to back to hide from you.
Went to this location 3x in the last 10 days only to be met at the door each time being told they have no bread. They don't even let you in the door. What if I wanted a wrap, or a salad, or even a cookie and drink?I told the lady at the door I wanted the phone number of the franchise owner. She said some bread was cooking and it would be three hours. Then she went and got another person. I told the next person this was now the third time they were out of bread, he just shrugged and laughed. He blamed the trucks not coming and had no answer for the other lady telling me it was cooking, He said they had none to cook.It was 630pm on a saturday.Terrible experiences and bad, customer service.
Not normally one to complain about wait times but my lord it was completely dead except one customer ahead of me and I just heard other employees in the back messing around really not cool when your lunch break is short.
Went there and they were out of everything. No wheat bread, no meat for cold cut combo, no cheese, 4 slabs of bacon, I forgot what else...spent $32 on stuff but didn't get what we wanted.
The kid working there took forever making the sandwich before me, then he kept disappearing for minutes, back and forth behind the wall, he put on one glove, then went under the cabinet for whatever reason, goes to the back again, comes back, puts on the other glove, scratches his mask, with one hand, when I ask him to change his gloves, he scratches his mask with the other hand, then disappears behind the wall again.. 4 customers including myself just left..
Absolutely 10/10 and the specific worker "Joshua Zavala" is one of the best and most finest workers over there as well as the manager and pretty much all the morning and lunch staff and I can proudly say they are well people
I was force to rate 1 in order to post this review!!WORST SERVICE EVER!! MANAGER SAID "WHAT'S THE PROBLEM, YOU GOT YOUR SANDWICHES!Well what would you say if you walked into Subway and were told by an employee"We're out of bread"as soon as you walk through the door!I would normally turn around and walk out, but there were 2 employees and a supposedly manager working 7:15 pm on Sunday, March 20th. One desepectful male employee started laughing while the other male walk and hid in the back with the so called manager. I continued to enter to see the bread rack almost completely full of bread! My comment was that looks like bread? So I proceeded to place my order. All three employees were proturbed that we didn't leave. I ask for lightly toasted? But As you can see that didn't happen! Then I asked for easy mayo.... and all 3 sandwiches were drenched in mayo!! Asked for the manager and was answered with the smart remarks "you got your sandwiches, whats the problem! Then asked for the store owners name and were told that they were not able to give us that information?? So hopefully the store owner will see this post along with the so called employees. Businesses are suffering but young teenagers need a coaching moment! Also had other customers enter at 7:45 and were told were closed! Sign on door was still lit "OPEN" We decided to stay and eat our sandwiches there, which irritated them more! Yet the two male employees were making sandwiches for themselves? We would frequently go to this Subway but will be taking our business elsewhere!
Only one footlong white bread left? No other options. Also no onions. Took 15 minutes just to find out.
They only had one person working at lunch time and when I arrived to pick up my pre-paid order, I was told they didn't have all the ingredients to make any of the items on my order. They were out of so many of the common items that I just wanted a refund. I was told to sign a receipt and that a manager would have to take care of the refund in 3-7 days. They would not refund my money from the register and would not issue me a gift card for the amount.6'' Spicy ItalianWrap "CALI FRESH" Turkey

You know what Subway sandwich you like and you know they are fixed the same at just about every Subway. So what distinguishes one Subway from another is how many people they have working and how quickly they prepare your order.Like all food service places right now they have a hard time keeping staff, or getting them to show up on time.My experience with this shop in the last few months is that they always have one person working and may not have another for a while. Hence you may stand in line here longer than you want. When they have two working it's great. Otherwise, not so much.
They need more workers. It’s 12 lunchtime and only one worker. Took 37minutes waiting in line. Never going to that subway again.
Poor customer service didn’t have no veggies were out of a lot of food food was cold even after I asked to toast
There was one poor girl working the line. I placed my order online for pick up but she wasn't able to get to it until i was there. She was very polite and it is not her fault that she was working alone but it was frustrating since the point of online ordering is so you dont have to wait.
