Another it fills the hunger void for a quick sandwich but the turnover rate of employees means quality never gets very high, you can see in they're eyes they are sad they had no other choices for employment, after you pay, they never make it clear they look forward to your next Subway meal.

Tried to go to this location last night, on account of they’re usually good when it comes to making sandwiches. Customer service was at a low. Came in and two people were sitting down for online orders which weren’t made yet. Two workers working slower than slow, while two people were getting their sandwiches and another lady was ordering three sandwiches. I heard they were out of pickles. I read the room and decided to leave. The only subway experience that I’ve had with good customer service is the one by academy. The sign on the door said they were closed November 2. Guess they do what they want, unless there aren’t enough workers. I won’t be back.

Management skimping on ingredients as a practice.

Manager (?) came out and directed the person making a sandwich to skimp on the meat and provide smaller portion sizes than is the Subway standard.

Bacon was in chicken container. (Dietary restrictions)

Only customer in this Subway. While having a sandwich made, a [manager?] came out and told the person making my sandwich their inventory was low on chicken. She then showed the staff member how she wanted the meat to be scooped. She also passive aggressively complained about whomever chopped up the meat. She then had meat removed from my sandwich, more than once, without verifying/reverifying the proper measurement. I walked out.
I watched the process.

The meat was served per the scoop portion size the first time. The manager was showing the staff member how to pick up the least amount of meat and make it look like the portion size was correct. Do not recommend this subway under current management.

Every single time I’ve been to this subway it’s been amazing! They’re extremely fast compared to other Subways in the city. They’re always have fast service and they’re really respectful. They have enough people at this location. This is by far the best Subway I’ve been ever been to. Every other Subway takes a long time. It makes me want to eat Subway more. 100% recommend!!!

Great experience, I gave them 5 across the board. I was a little unsure when I pulled in because it’s a converted gas station….BUT.. I don’t judge a book by it cover, so I went in and they did an amazing job converting this business and I felt different once I was in the restaurant. Whoever did the conversion did an amazing job!

Online ordering for pickup you should expect your order to be wrong and made with little to no care. Asked for extra veggies (onion, spinach, and green peppers) and this is what I got (no spinach, barely any onions or peppers). Also forgot to add my condiment, used mustard when I didn't ask for any. Next time checking my order before leaving.
