When it comes to the online order, if they don’t know how to read. They just go ahead and do what they wanna do without reading instructions. I think. Honestly, they need to go back to school. All of them. Repeatedly, this happened six times I mean, is it that hard to read a piece of paper. I think so.

Got food poisoning, was not the best and cashier was overly confused on what was going on. Forgot my cookies, drink and let my sandwiches sit for a while toasted was cold still. The other guy was great and funny, small talk and kept other customers from getting grumpy.

I'm 48 years old. I've been eating Subway for a long time. This was the first time in my life that the bread was dry and stale. I got the meal of the day which was a Philly cheesesteak. It had nothing on it barely. Half the steak than a normal Philly cheesesteak. Worst Subway sandwich ever. The only thing that was good was the chips and the mountain dew. The service was great. The people were fantastic. That sandwich was nasty. I didn't have time to take it back. I ain't got time to waste gas

Came in for a quick bite and was not disappointed. It was weird quite but not bad. The gentleman helping us was spot on and did great.

Vegetarian options: It is a build it as it is made sandwich. You can choose to have no meat or even cheese.

Don’t bother ordering online, they wont make it till you get there anyway, and then they’ll make the wrong order. And since it was an online order I had given a tip to them ahead of time

Gone in there two separate times, in the day where the workers were having no rush in making my order. The bathroom was disgusting and felt like no one had cleaned it in years and even heard them talking about mold in the soda machine. Truly a horrid place that needs a health check immediately. The manager Jason even refused my 3 year old their right to go to the restroom and was very snarky for a subway manager. Horrible customer service, food that wasn’t handled with care, and just plain a horrible experience. Complete opposite of my experience with John at night he actually cared about the cleanliness of the restaurant and about the customer service. And even informed me about mail in coupons. Jason is horrible at his job and customer service

Writing this review as my order is being made. I placed it on the app and arrived when the tracker said it was ready. No hustle making these orders and ignoring the ringing phone. Still continuing to have personal conversations laughing and goofing off. Nearly dropped one of my sandwiches out of the toaster. But hey, at least the portions are decent. Very irritating experience.

Jason is the man! What a brand ambassador. He really holds down the store very professionally. Always courteous to all his guest. He knows many by name. He definitely deserves a promotion. Hi is by far the best example of customer service that I have ever experienced in any subway. Way to go Jason!
