I placed an online order which showed preparing, and then ready. Sent my 16 year old daughter's to pick it up and the employee yelled at them saying he didn't have the order. She showed him the order which was at the right location and then called me, while I was on the phone he was literally screaming at them. I had them leave for their safety. They said he was pacing and looked like he was on drugs. So unbelievably unprofessional. No grown adult should yell at a child like that.

Went to order and there was only one person on the line, a trainee, and it took her forever, which i understand, we all start somewhere, but there was another guy walking in and out, not helping her when it seemed to be lunch rush. Instead of helping, he was snapping at her for not being quick enough and not doing multiple things he wanted. She was stressed out. My sandwich was okay but the service was pretty bad.

Every single employee seemed high out of there mind, it seemed as though they had no idea they were even at work. We waited in line for 25 minutes, only for the employee helping us to ask us how big a kid’s sub was like we work there—clearly not in the right state of mind. The entire staff was moving extremely slowly, and their behavior was erratic. After waiting that long, they had only managed to toast one of our friend’s subs, so we decided to leave rather than risk waiting another hour for the rest of our food. Honestly, we were also concerned about the quality and safety of the food, given the state the employees were in.

Took over an hour to receive my order. I understand the lunch hour chaos. 1 hour + wait is ridiculous for 1 sandwich. Not a happy customer today!

The service is the slowest I have ever seen. We had 2 people ahead of us and it took over 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. There was one seasoned employee and a trainee. It was noon. I saw another 6 employees wandering in and out of the office. No one offered to help. This is not the first time this has happened. This is EVERY time I’ve come. I wait months hoping things will improve. It never does. You are losing customers. I work 2 minutes away. I won’t be back.

Worst experience at Subway in decades! There were 9 people in line when I arrived, lunch rush, and it took OVER 30 MINUTES to get a sandwich. There was a girl Kayla who never helped make a single sandwich in that 30 minutes cause she was too busy nodding out at the register, not sure what she was on, but something, or disappearing in the back coming back out eating food, or pushing us aside to get a drink (cause working soooo hard). The guys were like snails, and then one of them actually started complaining to me how hard his day had been, then the other guy scooped old wet and damaged spinach from the bottom and sides of the container for my sandwich- so worth the wait.. I saw 10 people including me get served, almost all single sandwiches, and 7 people walk out. You are losing half your business. I will not come here for years if ever again.

The customer service was great and the sandwich was even better.
I ordered a 12" and two 6" subs, they charged me for two 12" and one 6". I was in a rush and didn't realize it. Later I looked at receipt but I was half way out of Albq city limits.

I placed an online order at 11:30. Went in at 11:50. I asked about my order. They said it would take a couple of minutes. I wait 20 minutes inside and I ask again about my order, only to be told they are out of the ingredients. Waste of my lunch hour. Better communication to customers is needed.

The service was great! Randy and Thomas were very friendly and up beat and they made the sandwiches so nicely. The restaurant also smelled very clean. Would definitely come back to this location.

Ordered online and I will absolutely never order here again. Plastic in my sandwich!! none of the dressings on my boyfriends sandwich & barely any meat on “the beast” sandwich which comes with about 6 different kinds only came with the pepperoni. None of the chips or drinks we ordered or my boyfriends churro. Cant even get a refund because I have to wait for the customer support to contact me which is absolutely pathetic. Why should I spend $30+ and need to wait to get my money back because there is no option for help.

My experience was terrible a lady named savea just served me today she did not do any good work on what I ordered I ordered a 12-in flatbread she tried making it into a rap and when I corrected her after she toasted it she turned it from a 6-in to a foot long by only moving the meat to only make it look like there's more she did not add anything she did a crappy job and I hope she gets fired for lack of effort I seriously do not care what happens to her because I paid the amount for a 12-inch when it really seems I only got a 6-inch never go here if you don't want to get your order wrong

Very slow service. There were 4 employees in this place. 1 was working but complaining, 1 was new bit not being trained, the other 2 were in the back but not helping customers. 37 minutes for order.
