Alex was our sandwich artist. He was all by himself (blew my mind) and he got SLAMED with EIGHT sandwiches orders. It was clear he was new and I found out later a newer employee didn't show up for work. He handled us all well. I really felt sorry he was by himself! He said the manager called him in the morning to tell him the new employee would not be there... SOOOO where was his manager?? The manager never showed up either! Shameful!
Never order online from this locationI spent my entire lunch break just waiting for them to start making my order and they still made it wrong. I had to let them know i was in the building twice before they began. Several other consumers were waiting for Online orders.Why did the app say it was ready when they hadn’t made it? Wasted my time and money at this place.

I ordered online pickup at 12pm. The app says the meal was ready by 12:25, i arrived at location at 12:35(more than enough time to make the sandwich) When i got there they said they did not have it ready. Several other people were waiting for online orders to he completed. I WASTED 30 minutes at the location before they even started to make my order. I order online because i have a limited lunch time and now that has been taken away from me over a sandwich. If the order wasn't ready for pickup, then why tell me its ready? I was not offered compensation for my time wasted at the location or my very long wait. I was late for work because of this incredible inconvenience, and the overall quality of the sandwich was lacking and missing elements. The customer service was unsatisfactory and came across as rude. The worker threw my sandwich in with another consumers meal, did not provide a recipe, and did not even apologize for the ling wait I had to endure. I am severely disappointed in this franchise and with the "online order" convenience i was promised and never received.

We went to get dessert nearby and this was the closest comfort food we choose. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was descent and what you expect from subway. Now what grossed me out was the restroom and I had to ask staff to fill the paper towels and soap dispenser. No napkins near where you could get them and inconvenient if staff was in the back. It was pretty sketchy subway if you ask me. Towards end of our meal is started to stink like sewer water and that made me loose my appetite.
