The way the shaved ice came out was not the way it was supposed to (which I suspected). I am very grateful she took the time to call me and express her disappointment in her employees actions as well as refund me and inform me they would be doing more education with their staff. A perfect little ice cream shop! Refreshing for a hot day or for a sweet treat any time of the year. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing, and their affogato is to die for! The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a must-visit in Rio Rancho!

We are visiting the area and couldn’t decide between gelato and ice cream. We fell upon this place and are so glad that we did. Prices are fair for a small business, staff was very helpful and friendly. We happened to come while they were trying to take a break, and they jumped up without hesitation.
