What is the point of having good food when the treatment of customers and loyalty means nothing. If I say I ordered a certain roll and it was missing from my order AFTER I had already paid for it I expect the item. Not even an apology or reason...also aluding a customer is lying is simply a turn off. Be better! That is theft!

I order here frequently and this last time they forgot my spicy tuna hand roll and they just about called us liars. I make it a point to not harass businesses because I know how it is. They forgot something in my order and instead of i don't know, an apology, they told me to check again!
