First time here and had the Bulgogi Bibimbap. It looked fresh and delicious when it arrived at the table and it was fresh and tasty. Staff is very nice. Will definitely be back. Shrimp tempura was crispy and delicious.

First off, I love how hidden this place was And unsuspecting. We actually ended up here by accident trying to go to a next-door restaurant, when all the sudden we stumbled across this hidden gem. First things first, the Tonkatsu Ramen as well as the Udon Ramen were packed with and perfect texture. The tonkatsu was spicy! But good spicy not obnoxious.
We were also surprised how fresh the spicy tuna rolls were! Amazing - and we will be coming back here frequently!!! I am sold that this is the number one sushi spot in Albuquerque, which I was not anticipating to claim - But after trying Sushi from all over the world, I feel like this was the freshest and tastiest sushi I’ve had in town. Periodt. The orange desert on the house was a very thoughtful touch!!

Can't wait to come back! The ramen was amazing. Tasted wonderful - perfect comfort food. It was a large portion as well. The restaurant was very clean and has an uplifting atmosphere, and the staff were so friendly. The ice cream mochi was great (and I'm very particular about mochi). I will definitely be coming back!

I came last night around 6PM, and had a good time. Firstly, the service was very good. They were very attentive and polite. The quality of the tonkotsu ramen and the Sandia roll was perfect, especially the broth of the ramen and the topping used on the sushi. I came to take pictures of the food for my instagram, and left with a great meal. To top it off, they provided me with a complimentary ice cream which is a great way to end a meal. I highly recommend Sushibucks for anyone who is craving a very cozy Japanese cuisine and delicious memorable food.
