We tried SushiMex for the first time today, and we ordered 4 entree items for 3 people (we got items #17-#20). Each roll was delicious, beautifully made and super fresh tasting. The wasabi and pickled ginger were also tasty. We can't wait to try 4 more things next time!The food truck owner mentioned that they're moving from their current location at Central & 48th to an area on Central & 98th with a bunch of other food trucks. That's a little farther from our home, but it will be worth the drive.

We dont have a "back" we are a sushi truck not a restaurant and we have never had someone in that situation. I just wanted to clear things up and thank you all for the great rates!!!
