Honestly really disappointed with the service, girl working the counter barely spoke to us, drinks took a decent amount of time to come out just to taste like water. I understand that they were probably understaffed but I wasted $15 on something I could've used on something else.

In person this place is the best. Now my door dash orders have been less than satisfactory. Both orders were completely wrong. Instead of poppers we received bobas which we both absolutely hate and ruined both drinks. And when calling the phone goes directly to a vmail saying the mailbox is full. Super bummed on this triple digit day when sweetcup was the highlight of the day. Complete waste of $20

Coconut taro almond milk was good. My daughter got the strawberry almond milk with strawberry jellies and she really liked it

Hands down the best iced caramel mochiatto, puts Starbucks to shame! Friendly batista and the atmosphere is very chill. I'll be back very soon!

Decided to bring my grand daughter and a half a dozen of her friends for boba to celebrate her graduation. I poked my head in the front door and was rudely told that they were not open. I said fine and told her we would come back when they were open. The lady snapped at me and reaffirmed that they were not open. I dared not provoke her further by asking when they are open. I looked for a sign with their hours of operation, but there was none. I tried calling, but the call goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Found another boba spot close by. They were very happy to host our boba party. Who knows, maybe the sweet cup has great boba, but c'mon, boba is boba. Take away the friendly service and I can't see why anyone would want to go to the sweet cup.

Just like the other reviews the cookie on the macarons are hollow and crumble when you bite. The filling is like cake icing which I like because I have a big sweet tooth lol.
Update:
They all taste the same which is disappointing you can’t tell the difference between vanilla and blackberry they both taste like vanilla icing.
Probably won’t get these again.

some of the drinks curdle so weird and just taste off. milk shouldn’t be mixed with certain syrups or jams, my drink curdled and looked disgusting and tasted thick after only 10 minutes. you guys should test drink recipes before selling them to customers 🤢
