the dubai chocolate brownie was hard as a rock. the macarons were hard and hollow. the strawberry shortcake was dry. overall just so bad.

Only gave 3 stars because server with the long light hair was so kind and helpful: Strawberry shortcake was so dry it was crunchy, we asked for more sauce, they gave a teaspoon and said it would be too sweet. The tapioca boba was hard and undercooked, used to be so good…

I hate to be that person but the customer service was really really bad when I went. I went with my friend and the cashier girl was a bit rude at first. Then my friend didn’t tip and the cashier’s attitude got even worse. It’s such a shame, I mean if i had paid I would’ve tipped but my friend paid and not me. But when I was waiting for my drink the cashier was so much nicer to the other customer and was even more nicer after they tipped. I understand tipping culture but you should not be rude just because someone doesn’t tip you. You shouldn’t expect a tip from everyone and you should give everyone the same kind of customer service regardless.

The service was good but the pastries were not good the baklava tasted very artificial and the strawberry croissant was good the boba was decent and if you want a bunch of artificial flavored things you'll like it here

This is my favorite sweet treat place in Albuquerque! I have tried a lot of different drinks and desserts and haven't came across one I didn't like. The staff is always so friendly and answers any questions we had. They also had a great teacher discount for my friend who works for the schools. Totally recommend!

Honestly really disappointed with the service, girl working the counter barely spoke to us, drinks took a decent amount of time to come out just to taste like water. I understand that they were probably understaffed but I wasted $15 on something I could've used on something else.

In person this place is the best. Now my door dash orders have been less than satisfactory. Both orders were completely wrong. Instead of poppers we received bobas which we both absolutely hate and ruined both drinks. And when calling the phone goes directly to a vmail saying the mailbox is full. Super bummed on this triple digit day when sweetcup was the highlight of the day. Complete waste of $20
