They literally don't help doordashers at all. At night they won us to walk in when there's no one in the drivethru. And we could pick it up easier and faster to help our customers. This store does not know any customer service at all

We started coming here again a few weeks ago and had a problem the first time. I left a review of my experience and when we went back again it was better so I deleted my review. Today took the cake. At this location, they ask you to "round up" your order for students, so we did. They proceeded to treat us like common criminals after this. They forgot one of the expensive burritos we'd ordered and fought with us tooth and nail to not give it to us. Drive thru worker asked for the bag back to check it, and I did not feel comfortable handing him the food back, and by this point, I didn't feel comfortable even eating any new food I'd be receiving from them. Said it was in the bag. Wasn't in the bag. Said it was in the box. A different burrito was in the box. I know they hire students and it's tough to get good workers but this is horrendous(for clarification, we ordered two expensive burritos and the wrong one was in the box, omitting the other from the order). The young man at the drive thru window also tried to send me off without my drinks. It's really wrong to try to get your customers that just donated to you to leave without food they'd paid for. The food has been not even that great -- the last time we were there I found no fewer than two hairs around my burritos. Like I'm eating the burrito and the hair falls off of it. One of them even looked like a pubic hair. I don't know what's going on with this place but Taco Bell needs to sort it out. Corporate will be contacted and review will be updated.

Needs improvement in the food category. I came into this shop on a Friday afternoon around 1:35 pm. I didn't see anyone at the register when I walked in so I decided to order on the phone. Placed my order in at 1:37pm. Got a few items with a soda. I watched as the employees seemed to drag their feet. Almost as if they had 40 lb iron weights on their ankles. The overall mood was weird. After 10 minutes, approximately 1:48 pm, I approached the counter to inquire about my order. After 2 minutes, maybe 1, someone tended to me. I let them know I was waiting for my online order. Another minute passes and I get my order handed to me. I sit down to eat and noticed, with the first bite, the potatoes tasted a day old. The grease in it tastes like it was cooked one day, left in a fridge, then pulled out and put on the warmer for the next day. It tasted absolutely awful. I moved onto the burrito, 5 layer, and the meat tasted off. I think they forgot to add the seasonings. The crunch wrap was next and the meat once again tasted off. I'm not sure what happened. I still think they forgot the seasoning. And onto the soda. I can taste mold. Not good. The soda came from behind the counter at this place. I don't think they are cleaning the soda machines at all. Unfortunately I could not inspect the soda machine myself to confirm the cleanliness but the taste was so bad I tossed out the soda. It's supposed to taste like a lychee, instead it was awful.

I do not know what happened here but it was just off. This place needs improvement.

I visited the establishment with the intention of placing an order for food. Prior to placing my order, I required access to the restroom facilities. A male employee kindly guided me to the restroom and unlocked the door for me. Subsequently, another female customer entered the establishment solely to use the restroom without placing an order. To my surprise, the staff handed her the key to the restroom. I found this differential treatment rather peculiar. Furthermore, when I received my food order, it was disconcerting to discover that the packaging was not properly secured, resulting in leakage within the bag. Regrettably, this experience has dissuaded me from revisiting this establishment in the future.

I FINALLY decide to make the commute all the way back to my house to fix this incompetent business’ mess up. EVERY SINGLE TTIMR I GO THERE THEY MESS UP MY ORDER. I finally go back to correct it and this manager has the audacity to deny the order I paid for due to me not bringing the entire order. I had the receipt. Great now I gotta dispute a $20 Taco Bell order to my credit card company and wasted my entire night on this nonsense. ZERO STARS.

Unreal service just now at this location. Waited 15min for my order and watched about 15 orders go out that had been ordered after mine. So I asked the young kid in the kitchen if he had my order. He turns to his coworker and asks her to make it. Ten minutes later, still no order. So I ask him again and he responds, "I can't find your order. What do you want me to do we're busy!?"...I asked to speak with the manager. He posted her our right in front of me and she just kept making other orders and ignored me. Finally after the young girl running the drive-thru came over and asked how she could help, she found the order and told the other two incompetent employees to make it...which then took all of 30 seconds. Just to top that off, the coke machine is broken...

This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. The location lost my order twice and then the staff gave me attitude when I mentioned it to them. It took them almost an hour to make my food which is unacceptable when I ordered a $7.00 lux box. My taco was cracked which makes me mad, my burrito for some reason had two tortillas and the outside one was hard and was not wrapped well, my chips are burned and the cheese sauce was not in my box, my chapllupa is cold and all the toppings are cold including the meat, and my drink is disgusting and watered down which is not ok. I am fed up with this location and I come here because it is convenient. The staff was horrible and as I was leaving the one was cussing under his breath at me. This is not how you treat customers and I will never be returning ever again.

Honestly went down, New blonde guy with trader joe’s hoodie is ridiculous at his job. Last night (Thursday) They not only messed up our order so bad, they tried to charge us for 6 cheese cups, whenever we ordered 4 nacho fries and 2 extra cheese cups (should’ve only been charged 2 extra) He explained at the window their training new people that’s why it was super delayed, made sense and i tried to be understanding. Tonight we went again wanting a better experience. Horrible again, the same guy was working. Was a bit faster but we ordered 2 cheesy grilled burritos and 2 nacho fries with 2 extra cheese cups. All of this is on my recipet. We received 2 Beefy burritos (a $3 item we just paid $10 for) And only received 2 nacho cups. so ridiculous. i’d say drive the extra 5 mins for a decent taco bell, i’m not even expecting much. But this was ridiculous
