Worst location in ABQ by FAR, not only did they get the order wrong AND forget items, they were combative and rude and falsely claimed they never received the online order even though I was notified they accepted the order. (DoorDash) The driver for my order had to drive around the drive thru 5 separate times because they kept sending him around claiming the food wasn't there. They also lied saying it had been picked up an hour prior even though I ordered only 20ish minutes prior to that. The manager specifically was especially rude and combative according to the driver.

Worse services ever asked for hot sauce they gave use 2 hot sauces the man in window was very rude at 2:54 am they smashed are tacos when they gave use the order he threw it at use this was on 12/5/25 very rude no good customer service couldn't even eat my tacos and the borito was cold gave me the wrong borito smashed my tacos ......would like to have a refund and apologie .....

Whoever they have on drive thru right now does NOT know what you're trying to order and just guesses half the time lol. I wanted a #4 with a lemon lime soda and i said that like 6 times but i ended up with some slushie.

Didnt give me my drinks in my order and when i tried to call they never answered. Always have problems at this location, only reason i ordered from is cause it was the only one open at the time, wont make that mistake again. Always has had the worst service out of any taco bell in town

They didn’t get anywhere close to getting my order correct and offered to “remake it if I paid again.” If you’re ok with random items to spice things up, then this is the gamble you’re looking for.

This location continously gets my order wrong. Last three times I have ordered i have received someone else's order completely different than my own. This happens whether in lobby or drive through.

What kind of taco bell dont give out any hot sauce with your tacos...drive thru staff was very rude to begin slammed the window shut with aggression then didnt even acknowledge that i said thank you .

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had a disappointing experience here recently. I placed a mobile order and wanted to add a $0.60 sauce that the app wouldn’t let me include. When I got to the drive-thru, I politely asked to add the sauce and even offered to pay for it. The employee told me I’d have to drive back around to place a new order, even after I said they could keep the mobile order and I’d pay again for an entire new order due to time constraints. When I tried to explain, the employee was dismissive and ignored me. I ended up leaving without my food.

I’m not upset about the money — just the way the situation was handled. A little courtesy and flexibility would’ve gone a long way. Hopefully management can improve customer service here.

They literally don't help doordashers at all. At night they won us to walk in when there's no one in the drivethru. And we could pick it up easier and faster to help our customers. This store does not know any customer service at all

We started coming here again a few weeks ago and had a problem the first time. I left a review of my experience and when we went back again it was better so I deleted my review. Today took the cake. At this location, they ask you to "round up" your order for students, so we did. They proceeded to treat us like common criminals after this. They forgot one of the expensive burritos we'd ordered and fought with us tooth and nail to not give it to us. Drive thru worker asked for the bag back to check it, and I did not feel comfortable handing him the food back, and by this point, I didn't feel comfortable even eating any new food I'd be receiving from them. Said it was in the bag. Wasn't in the bag. Said it was in the box. A different burrito was in the box. I know they hire students and it's tough to get good workers but this is horrendous(for clarification, we ordered two expensive burritos and the wrong one was in the box, omitting the other from the order). The young man at the drive thru window also tried to send me off without my drinks. It's really wrong to try to get your customers that just donated to you to leave without food they'd paid for. The food has been not even that great -- the last time we were there I found no fewer than two hairs around my burritos. Like I'm eating the burrito and the hair falls off of it. One of them even looked like a pubic hair. I don't know what's going on with this place but Taco Bell needs to sort it out. Corporate will be contacted and review will be updated.
