I didn't order here, but I was doordashing; I picked up the customer's order, and they made a second order as soon as I got there. I just informed them that there was a second order for the same guy, and the crew member was nice and she was like it's not on my screen. I thought well they just ordered it so it should be showing up soon, before I could even tell them I'd wait or anything, the manager comes up and starts something with me like I was arguing? I never even said anything to the guy (man black hair, with a beard, late 20s, early 30s) and he was VERY rude. I wasn't even trying to make anything a problem, I hardly got a word in and he just treated me like I was some kind of criminal for saying I got a second order from the same person. I was just following protocol with my dashing app and said I could place the order, and pay with the doordashing red card, but then he just said no and locked the window then turned around like I wasn't there? And then he proceeded to reopen the window, I thought because maybe the order had shown up on the screen finally, but no, all he opened it for was to say "can you get out of my line? You're messing up my drive-thru time." I was completely confused and just trying to unassigned the order and type out to DoorDash and the customer, that I had to unassign the order because they refused to make it. I was only there for about a minute, no one was in line or at the order window, it was almost 10pm (if you know ABQ and where this location is, it's not the busiest at night, or in a high traffic area)... but wow. He was just the worst person I've encountered in a while. Maybe he had a bad, maybe he's gotten bad dashers, I don't know. But it's surprising to me that he was even in a managerial position with that kind of attitude and arrogance. It was the worst. It was a $10 order and the extra order was worth $6, so of course I was going to ask some questions? But, the extra $6 wasn't worth the disrespect I got for no reason... Mind you I'm almost due to have a baby in 16 days, so maybe this guy just doesn't respect pregnant women or women that aren't the typical standard of pretty. Sorry for the long rant, but I'd say avoid this place if you want to have a good day. Looks to me from the other reviews that customer service isn't their strong suit there... it basically ruined my night and I ended my dash after that. Being pregnant and very emotional, he basically made me want to cry, because I wasn't rude or pushy in the slightest. It was all just very uncalled for. And my husband was right there in the passenger seat and witnessed the whole thing! I wish I could just erase that experience from my memory.

Check your meal before you leave. 3 times in a row, they gave me the totally wrong stuff. They're as bad as Buffalo wild wings with getting an order right. It's just annoying, check your meal

Terrible customer service. Employees are rude and they ignore customers who are not in drive up. They act like we are interrupting their day. Someone should investigate their hiring practices.

The customer service I received tonight was horrible! I was told the lobby was closed and yet they had a lobby filled with their friends. From the way I was spoken to to the way they packed my food! If I could give a negative rating I would! This is the last time I will come back to this location especially at night!

This taco bell used to be on point every time. Ive tried stopping here last night at 1030pm (they close at 2am) lights were on it looked open but then i waited at the drive through to order for maybe 5 min before finally driving off. Looked inside, not a worked in site. Maybe they changed their hours? They're were cars in the parking lot when i pulled in so who knows. I did stop by here last week as well and lets just say something has changed in the timeliness and customer service.

Never get your order right. But they sure charge you for order placed. Been trying to call can’t leave a message box full! Tried again line busy!

We stopped here because we needed a quick meal. Customer service is non existent. No one greeted us when walking in. My husband ordered a Mexican pizza like he does every time we go to taco Bell. It was horrible, it tasted like old oil and the aftertaste was overwhelming. We couldn't use the restroom and napkins were not available. As a suggestion to corporate they need better training in customer service, food handling along with sanitary procedures.

Just called your corporate offices about your ADA non compliance in your parking lots for customers who have Large orders AND so as to avoid holding up the line- are Asked to drive up to the front" of the Taco Bell to p/u the order. My order wasn't extremely huge I don't think. A couple of the RELaunched double decker ? tacos (Which was my main reason for visiting) plus a 12-pack of tacos. I have mobility issues and after placing my DRIVE THRU order--was asked to "drive up to the front" of the Taco Bell to p/u the order. First time visiting this location at the drive thru and guess what?To get "to the front", hadta drive around All the way around Isleta Blvd. SCHOOL Traffic which was honestly kind of annoying. When making it to the front-- I decided to ask the staff there if maybe there was another spot where customers could p/u more conveniently. The young lady was quite dismissive. You guys need to care more about your A D A customers. Just thankful I can still walk. I think about Others who have experienced the same inconvenience trying to p/u an order there. Thanks for reading this.TACOS WERE SOGGY!
