The team working the evening of 11/16/25 were incredible. Amazing team work. Personable. Friendly. My food was great too. My taco actually had meat in it. The burrito was filled perfectly. The atmosphere was positive. Really great visit. Im definitely coming back to this place!!! Great job crew!

Ordered through app . Order 942280. Was following app for delivery , never came . Called store , said they picked up up 30 minutes ago, I live .5 miles away. Sent text is everything ok never got response . Called at 4:08 ish , delivery said they had to wait on another order and my food was being kept warm (soggy ) . Not happy at all . I use DoorDash I did not use the DoorDash app on this and paid $13 between delivery fee and tip. Ridiculous to say the least

We spent 50 plus dollars here a few times including lastnight and the workers will not give you taco sauce. I ordered online and they actually responded angry because we wanted extra taco sauce because in the past they always never give you sauce. They literally did it again on purpose knowing we wanted extra taco sauce and they gave us a total of 6 packets of hot sauce for 50 dollars of food. Im really frustrated with the attitude of the employees and getting treated like that after spending alot of money. Fire someone
Spent $17.13 on a taco & burrito pack*, beef supreme burrito, and beefy 5 layer burrito. Defeats the whole purpose of using a coupon when the employee forgets to put your beefy 5 layer burrito in the bag.
The situation only gets worse when you try calling for the past two hours and no one answers. By the way, this location is using the wrong receipt for the survey. Does this location not want us to do a survey? Clearly no one at this location likes to answer the phone, so I wouldn't be surprised if this location does not want you to fill out the survey. I had to call another Taco Bell location (at least they answered the phone) to get the tellthebell.com survey information.
*I asked for 4 burritos and 6 tacos and ended up getting 5 burritos and 5 tacos. This location does not and I repeat does not know how to take orders!!

Legit... the best Taco Bell location in all of Albuquerque. They serve your order with a sense of pride and conscience. I had stopped going to Taco Bells because of the bad service and crushed food. My tacos are packed carefully! Not crushed and moist. I have returned to Taco Bell only because of this specific location.
