They need to better train these teenagers/ young adults. I don't think the manager is even trying. Food is disgusting, service is horrible, missing items, overall this place is getting worst! I should've checked my bag, but I shouldn't have too, but half of my items I ordered was missing and my burrito was trash. Gross.

The taco shells are so thin. I live about 8 blocks from this place and by the time I got home the shells were soggy and even the chalupa shell edges were soggy too.
Com'on TACO BELL you need to thicken those shells up they don't cost that much. Prices are up with quality continuously going down!!!
They forgot my orders of cinnamon crisps.

Freezing inside the building, food very subpar. Weird smell inside
Staff where very nice went in the drive thru had no issue with them very nice but when ever i looked at my food they for my order wrong my cinnamon twist where not filled up at all very empty. The burrito was like everything was just thrown in there it was coming out. very unsatisfied.
