We just went through the drive-thru and had a very pleasant experience! The gentleman working the drive-thru asked us how our day is going very genuinely. It was a nice touch in customer service that is lacking everywhere we go. We were very pleased, and it put my husband in a good mood the rest of the evening! We appreciated it!

i just went through the drive-through and the guy with the lisp working the window was basically fat shaming everyone in the line saying that “Everyone’s ordering like they haven’t ate in In a week” his EXACT words. literally where’s the professionalism because I don’t see it here. i don’t care if it’s just Taco Bell don’t let your customers hear you talking bad about them in front of their face because all I did was order my food and pay.

Instead of saying they were out of nacho cheese on two items like primarily rely on the nacho cheese, the employees just left the cheese out. I paid 15$ for some normal fries and a crap taco. 👏👏

When I ordered staff were very dismissive, however the real issue is the food. Our quesadillas were awful, the chicken was crunchy and hard, barely any cheese or sauce. I was really excited to eat after an 8 hour shift and was miserably let down. Would be hard pressed to come back

Hands down THE best taco bell in ABQ. The food is actually fresh (for it being fast food), the service is quick, and the staff is wonderful. Hands down the best tacobell I've ever had.

Went through drive thru and the guy was yawning and drinking his drink and not paying attention to our order when we repeated three times came home still order was wrong had go back and manager was the worst as the drive thru guy got the order wrong again.. it’s bad over there they need get better management with better employees.. will not go back there again
12/29/24 - Beefy 5 layer burrito from this location, I am without words on how this ended up like this and was still given to me. Received around 7:30pm.

Went there ordered food went to go use the bathroom there was dry pee on the toilet seat and just dirty in general mind you this is the woman's bathroom and the sink looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time needless to say I threw the food away if the bathroom looks like that I'm afraid to know what the kitchen looks like a manager or higher up needs to go look at this location it was horrible

I've been stuck in this drive through, and barely moving for 45mis now (Not even that busy). I would have tried to leave already if I didn't already place the order on the app. Pay people better and get some damn help in here. How are there no employees to help on a Saturday night?
