Pizza had way too much cheese and was soggy from sitting too long. The crust was soft to the touch. The breadsticks had no seasoning and they were burnt. Didn’t enjoy my food at all.

Paid $15.00 after tax for the meal that has two chalupas and one taco. My taco and chalupas were super skimpy. Barely any meet. Mostly just cheese, lettuce and tomato. The girl at the drive-thru is rude and when I asked for a bunch of hot sauce she only gained four. She pretty much act like she pays for them. Not to mention, my food was just thrown in my bag my taco and one chalupa was placed upside down in the bag. Horrible service!

Ok. So for fast food, Taco Bell is usually pretty spot on. However… tonight, after we left the hospital where we were with my dad in an emergent situation all day, we wanted something quick. We order, get to the window, and they let us know they don’t accept anything over $20s. All we had is a $50 bill. We have to go through the steps to transfer money, while the window worker stood there impatiently with our food out the window. Then, the food tasted rancid. The Mexican pizza crust was stale. The taste of the hot sauce on the pizza itself was like putting a penny in your mouth. And my cantina chicken bowl… total disappointment. The guacamole was missing, and instead there was this ghastly runny green sauce. I’m so disappointed. Spending $25 on 3 items that are usually consistent. Complete let down. Service mid at best. Do better Taco Bell.

Came on Sunday afternoon around 1pm and ordered through the kiosk because there was no one working the counter. 15 minutes after, had still not received our order so I went to the counter and waited another 5 minutes before someone to acknowledge my presence. Basically I was told that the reason my order was not done was because we were inside and they prioritize the drive thru. Manager got involved go was not very respectful at all. Turns out they had to remake the order because they’d given it out to someone in the drive thru. When asked for money back, they told us we’d have to cancel it through the link, which did not have a cancel option. They told us we’d have to figure it out ourselves. Asked for the general manager’s number and let them know I would be making this review, and that’s when they decided to go ahead and try to give us the refund after all, which was mildly successful- they only refunded $38 of the $43 that was spent. They never apologized. They never took ownership. They never offered a way to make it right. This Taco Bell has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had at any restaurant before.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Normally I love Taco Bell, but this location needs some serious help. Where to begin? The bean burrito had barely any beans, no cheese, no onions, and no sauce. They tried to charge me the full price of a soda when ordering just water, and they only included 2 packets of mild when I asked for at least 12 (for 4 different items). Stingy, gross. For shame. I hope someone talks to whatever scammers run this location.
I deserve a refund. All the taco shells to the tacos I ordered were not only all broken but the contents of tacos were mostly off the tacos & caused the bag to leak & break. I asked for hot sauce but I got mild.
