Drove all the way home just to realize they didn't put any meat in the crunch wrap. Everything else tasted like it was old. They were dead. No excuse for scrappy food and service. We paid money for this food and was hoping we would at least get what we paid for id give this location zero stars if I could

I ordered the mango peach fresca and I've had then before and like them. It was awful. I do understand things happen, the machines mess up with their measurements and drinks aren't always perfect, which is fine. I just took it back to exchange it or something else.
That's where the problem comes in. The drink I ordered is $3.99. The replacement drink, I got was a pepsi and it costs $2.89. When I questioned the girl at the drive through about the dollar difference, she says no, it's only a ten cent difference. WHAT? This is basic math simple subtraction... $3.99 - $2.89 = $1.10... OR
$2.89 + $1.10 = $3.99... uuuuugh. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

This taco bell is stuck in a trans warp transdimensional time, vortex or something.. You walk into an older taco bell building, it still has the old paper backlit menus.Even. But as you walk in, you see this nasty technology on the wall, no instructions on how to use it, then you stand at the counter. And you look at the employee's, and they look back at you, and then eventually when they realize that you're not going to use the thing on the wall to do their job for them. Then, they come over and help you. But that's not even the biggest issue, there is absolutely zero value for taco bell. There is no compelling reason to ever eat there again. The portion sizes are ridiculously small, somehow, my burrito was hot.My taco was hot and my gordita was ice cold... It is just a dingy, nasty atmosphere with team members that don't communicate to employees. Taco bell, this once happy place is now a no go zone. Bring back the humanity, stop trying to pinch every doggone, penny out of the stone. You know, if you started treating your customers like humans again, perhaps you wouldn't be losing so much money compared to fifteen years ago or even thirty years ago.... I hate breakups, and usually.I'm sad but after today's experience with the nasty food and abysmal customer service...nope we are done...

The taco supreme was one of the best I've had at this Taco Bell. I will give that part of my order a 5 star. The supreme pizza was so old, cold and hard, it was literally uneatable -1 Star.

We went there last night (coors and paseo del norte) and the guy said they don't sell caramel empanadas anymore. They have them on the taco bell website advertised. I'm wondering why he said that???
We ordered an Aqua Fresca on the kiosk, but the lady didn't want to make it, so she said they didnt have it any more when I asked for our drinks. She offered me a fountain drink instead, despite the price difference. My friends behind me had ordered two Aqua Frescas, and when they asked for a refund, the lady decided that she could make those two drinks after all. Pure laziness.

I recently visited here, and it was a total win! The female manager was a standout—super friendly, assertive, and jumped in immediately when one of my tacos got left off the order, remaking it fresh with a big smile and no hassle at all. The team was speedy across the board: the cook turned out delicious, spot-on food, and the drive-thru guy kept things cheerful and efficient. This spot’s got that perfect vibe under her watch—reliable, welcoming, and crave-worthy. Five stars for sure!

I I just ordered from this Taco Bell and let me tell you the pizza I ordered was just a plain cheese pizza and it taste horrible the cheese or the sauce is expired its such a disappointment because I can't go back. First they tried to charging me $15 for just three tacos and a drink. I was waiting for the rest of my order which was the pizza from Pizza Hut and the guy completely forgot and when I got my pizza I just hope we don't get sick from it. Of course we didn't finish it but even the few bites I hope does not make us sick.
