Ok this is like any other taco bell and or KFC ! But instead of grown fully mature adults, there are teenagers working the drive up window and that's how it should be. No offense to youngsters you all have to learn! The last 4 visits ugh no napkins! Some sauce but clearly not rationed to fit the amount of food purchased ! Sporks when necessary!? Oh KFC purchase almost every order should come with utensils! Can't eat my taters without a spoon 🥄! Or spork ! Other than that well , keep working y'all

I came in hoping to get a quick grub before i headed home and got the most awful service from a blonde girl at drive thru also taking orders on the counter. Could not explain how rude she was , I had asked for a chicken quesadilla with no creamy jalapeno sauce and she looks at me and says “so would you just like a cheese quesadilla 😐🙄” same experience every visit no okay!

I'm a doordasher. It took them 40+ minutes to make 2 simple orders. And they still struggled to make other customers orders as well. There has been other customers here waiting 10 plus minutes just for their orders as well. I thought this was fast food. This place takes longer than a restaurant and needs to be shut down. Don't come to this location whatsoever. There's a location on unser and one on golf course and they both provide good service and better wait times. Never go to the location on paradise
Locked the lobby doors 2 and A half hours before posted closing time
