Don't go to this taco bell they always forget half your order. I went home opened the bag to find 3 of my 5 items missing, returned to the store with the bag asking them to remake it. They made the items they missed but just put my cold fries and taco back in the bag instead of making new ones. Glad I made two trips for cold fries. I have given them many chances but will not go to this location again.

The last handful of times or more, have been a horrible experience. The food was poorly put together and was smashed, missing items. The last handful of times have been horrible. They always give us our Mexican pizza completely smashed with all the cheese on top of box, not once but more than 4 times has this happened not once but many times. the most recent visit the tow young girls at the window were extremely rude and were mocking me and ignoring me.. when I asked her to speak to the manager to bring it to her attention That this was the fifth time our food was incorrect, She was just as bad as the two young girls she did not care to hear my concerns or my wishes to correct my order. Refused to give me her name. She also seemed like she had laryngitis she hardly had any voice which is very highly concerning when preparing food. This is the worst customer service and food I have ever experienced. The higher-ups really need to get involved here because I'm sure it's happening more than we know. I would stay away from this place.

I don't think this location has ever gotten the order right. At least 5 times now. I know it's hot but you're not even giving me what I paid for.
Yesterday I wasn't feeling well enough to cook. My son went to Taco Bell to get crunch wraps. The line was long. He finally made it to the place to order. It was there that he was told that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. There was no discount offered (he asked). There was nothing added to compensate for the missing lettuce and tomatoes. The crunch wraps were thinner than a slice of bread. They weren't filling at all, and we had to make alternate plans for dinner. That was a big waste of time and money. Very disappointing.

Came in the evening of June 15th after working. Expectations are pretty low when Taco Bell is involved, however this place by far exceeded them. My bean burrito was thick and almost tasted like it had been...toasted?! The cheap 5 layer nachos that are usually in one side of the box with maybe 5 chips actually layered....well well well they were stacked and plentiful. Whoever trained this crew should have them be regional trainers .keep orders like this and people will come back. Thank you.

Service used to be good, but over the last several months they rarely get my order correct and when I go in to get it corrected I get the stink eye from the cashier. Manager is always apologetic and helpful. I don’t know if this is a training restaurant or what is going on.
