SHE ESCALATED A SITUATION AND ACCUSED ME OF LYING ON THE PHONE ABOUT A MESSED UP ORDER JUST TO HANG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE, SO WHEN I GO TO THE LOCATION SHE CUTS ME OFF WHILE IM TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER THE SITUATION, SCREAMS AT ME AND SLAMS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE, JUST TO THEN GRAB MY FOOD AND TOSS IT THRU THE WINDOW.

I wanted to try the new Crispanada. There was nothing crispy about it. The crust was soft and the inside was dry. Seems that it had been sitting under a warmer for quite sometime. I didn't go back because it was during rush hour traffic. Won't be going back to this Taco

Every single crunchy taco in our party pack was broken-not one had an entire whole shell. The girl at the window charged me a different amount than what was up on the screen and then had to be asked twice for a receipt. They really don't care anymore.
They have the best food my mom works there the atmosphere,food and the service are so good 10/19/23 hate on it but it is the best I have personally ever seen and went to.

What is the purpose of a mobile order when they don't start the order until you arrive? That's not the way it works with grubhub, doordash and Uber Eats but when an individual person orders and you expect your food to be ready when you arrive and they're literally not dropping it until you arrive really defeats the purpose. That needs to be corrected. I don't order online to have to wait for the food to be made I expect it to be ready when I arrive.
This place was so lazy, that they actually put the sour cream on the outside of the taco and not the inside... was this a prank?

My brother said you could get their burritos smothered in red sauce. But he either lied or this location wasn't willing. But they gave us some ramekins which was a good compromise.
