I visited the Taco Bell at 3051 Golf Course Rd NW in Albuquerque last Wednesday around 4:20 PM, and the experience was a delight, thanks to the stellar staff. The lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making me feel genuinely welcome. The manager, who I believe was also cooking, was equally warm and even tossed in a free taco, which was such a cool gesture! The whole team was all smiles, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean—a nice bonus. The food was fresh and hit the spot perfectly. However, I’ve got a bone to pick with the building owner: the central heating and air conditioning desperately need fixing. The employees were visibly freezing, some even wearing coats in the summer heat, which isn’t fair to such a hard-working crew. They didn’t complain, but you could tell they were uncomfortable. If the owner steps up and fixes this, this Taco Bell would be near perfect. Highly recommend for the amazing staff and food, but please, get that HVAC sorted!

Don't even bother hoping your order is correct especially if you order food delivery. Worst taco bell in existence. I don't know what's wrong, but everything is always skimpy, missing modifications, or just completely missing items.

I've had ongoing problems with this location. I love Taco bell food but their teenage workers are extremely RUDE and mouthy! I'll never go to this location again. It sucks that it's the closest to my house.

Very forgetful location. Double check you bag before you leave. I was missing 3 tacos from my order. Then I got home and realized they also forgot a chalupa. Ridiculous

There was a young girl there at the Taco Bell while I was waiting for someone to take my order, she just sat there in the office vaping and looking smug. There was loud inappropriate music playing on a speaker and the the manager had his butt crack out. All in all 1/5 stars, but I wish I could put ZERO. also I found a blond/ light brown hair in my Taco.

waited 10 minutes at the drive through for someone to take my order. ordered a crunchwrap supreme and a gordita supreme, $9.50, and received two beef soft tacos and bean burrito, maybe $5. rip off, as always. always check your food, they f you in the drive through.

Took forever to get us our food then gave us half of what we wanted. Asked for modified items and just ignored that entirely. And asked for 3 tacos but only gave 2. Asked for a 5 beefy burrito and just gave us a normal burrito. Completely ignored some items. Items were cold when given to us as well. I know they knew what we wanted because it came up right on the screen when ordering, so they clearly just didn't care to make it right. If you want taco bell just go for the one on universe, they don't care here.
