We went there last Thursday. My husband got some burritos and I got a hard shell taco. I wasn't that hungry. He likes the donuts there, so he got some. It didn't say in the app that they were sold out of them. The lady that was doing the drive through window said their out, can we get you something else. They got us two it looked like small nacho fries. We called the 800 number about what happened. The donuts were 6.99 a piece. The 800 number said that they would refund us 6 dollars. They did, but took the money back after refunding the card. We thought they'd be better. The lady was nice today when I went inside to get the free taco that they gave us two coupons for. My husband went through the drive through and I went inside. She was nice and told me I don't have to do that. That they'd honor both coupons in one car. It's messed up that they took the money back that they refunded the card. They messed up on a previous order in December. Didn't refund the card then either. I'm not saying these people are all bad, there are some nice people there. It's those ones that are greedy, that don't put the customer first with that stuff. I would like to say thank you to that lady who was nice to me today with the free taco.

I went through the drive threw the lady who took our order was nice but when we got home and started to eat my husband got the #13 meal the cantina chicken quesadilla and there was next to no meat. My tacos supreme was all sour cream and lettuce with next to nothing else. I didn't taste and meat in mine. $24 and this is the worst food ever! Will never go to this taco bell again! Sorry to the lady working at 1130pm on January 9th 2025 cause you have a great personality and good customer service skills! But the food nope not even worth 1 star!!

Absolutely awful, 0 stars, I order my kids doordash on tonight on new years, and they forgot almost our entire order, doordash wouldn't refund us. We spent almost 50 dollars w tip and got 2 bean burritos and a chalupa out order was much bigger

Stopped by for a quick snack, only to start vomiting at 3 am. Definitely got food poisoning from Taco Bell. Tried to call the restaurant, no awnser. I'll be reporting to posion control. Not, cool to charge for food that makes you sick! This is the last time I'll make this mistake. Do better.

?? Let's just say Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!! ?? I drove thru the drive up and the girl seemed completely lost. She made a mistake on my order to start. I was charged twice ($42.) and she wasn't sure she refunded me back my money $42. for a party box and 2 burritos and one drink seemed kinda a lot for my order. Again she seemed completely lost and confused. She went to ask for help from another employee and low and behold none of the other workers knew a bit of English none of them could talk to me or the girl doing the register. The manager came to help her after 20 minutes of waiting for all of them to figure it out and even then none of them could fix the problem. She told me she thought it was refunded but check my account and see if it was fixed because she wasn't sure. She told me it will take a few days to go through, and if it didn't to comeback and they would try and figure it out. Ughhh!!!??? Got home all mad and upset took out my order everything was cold cold and the food was so gross I just can't believe I even paid for any of it OMG!!! My burritos were practically empty and looked like the food was smeared on the inside. This whole experience was Terrible please don't eat there!!! Fair warning stay away! ??

Terrible customer service. Took 20$ from me and gave me no food. Kiosk gave error message but the card reader still took my money. Don't use kiosks they are scamming!! Then kicked me out at 10.25 because their 'dining room closes at 10'.........?!?!?!!
