I've been here a few times. They always mess up my order. I won't be going back. Check Your order before you drive off and always get your receipt. I always order tacos supreme and pay for them. However, half the time they are regular tacos. Ordered a quesadilla with no sauce and got one slathered with extra sauce. Sucks when you get home and find out your order is wrong.

Still a one star fast food place. Ordered from here right before coming in to work. Food wasn't even in the box for 10 minutes before I opened it. Taco was wet and stuck to the wrapping paper and when I tried to peel it off it just completely fell apart. The chips were absolutely disgusting they tasted like the oil hasn't been changed ever. They were a weird combination of stale/rubbery and tasted like hand sanitizer. Dont eat here, its not worth it.

I came here super hungry with other hungry peeps on our way out of town for a little road trip. Upon ordering our food the lady on the headset asked if we can only order 5 items because they were low on inventory and having a rush. I have points so I got a medium drink and asked her if the drink was one of the 5 items. She said no, but after being creative we managed to order 1 item for every person in the car. We waited over 20 min for our 5 items. Im still hungry but I love me some taco bell. Maybe Wendy's has more food.

They are making the bean burritos the size of egg rolls, for example it would fit in the palm of my hand . And only a lick of beans on , I get cut back but dang let us atleast taste whats inside . And just not the effort to even give them any of my business agian . Will try others and after all beans are just beans but one needs to get what you order .

Came home and realized the cinnamon twists I ordered was not in the bag. Glad I got charge for this when I didn't get it. 3 mild sauces? I got 20. Seriously. And the chicken quesadilla? 3 pieces? Never again.

We stopped by the drive thru to grab some food for our ride home. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and not only did they not put a spork in the bag, the Mexican Pizza was not cut. Outside of the store was messy, with a beer bottle on one of the bollards and a vape on another in the drive thru. Looks like they had been there from the night before.

Currently here at 9:20 AM - 20 minutes after opening. They're are people inside. I've tried the door and the drive through. They're literally just ignoring me. Otherwise I've been here a couple times and the tacos were fine
This Taco Bell needs to work on their hygiene protocols before cooking. My boyfriend and I had ordered DoorDash about 30 minutes ago and he found a long black hair in his quesadilla. Put us both off of our food. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.

Always waiting 10-20 minutes in the drive thru when I come here. Today was extra special tho after waiting finally getting to the window I get told the card reader is down. Food quality is always so bad as well my tacos are always sticking to the wrapper or lettuce thrown all over the place and it’s falling out the wrapper. Judging from the reviews this seems to be a common thing here still not sure how this location is in business still.

I got food poisoning from eating tacos here. I purchased three crunchy tacos to go at about 2:30 pm. I got home, began eating them, and found that they weren't very hot. The tortilla stuck to the wrapper. I subsequently got nauseous and overnight vomited 3 times. I am reporting because I believe the restaurant sold me tacos that had been sitting under a warming lamp for an extended period, and the meat was bad. I've reported my experience to ABQ Food and Safety at the Department of Health.
