Food prices are out of hand. Too expensive and the amount of food is too small. I remember a family of four could eat under 15 bucks at an establishment like this. 25 bucks for three Gordita crunches and a soda. It’s like every business never stopped charging Covid prices.

I usually always go here and don’t have any issues with my rewards nor anyone honoring any issues with the rewards program on the app anyways long story short go to Del taco instead it’s two seconds away Way quicker way cheaper and way better quality ingredients thank me later. Slow n grown pathetic people that don’t know how to work their own applications and fix things are on it. It’s Taco Bell like come on we live in 2025.

Despite having a low number of employees Sabrina and the team still provided excellent service to everyone who was patiently waiting in line. I live nearby and always have positive experiences at this location. Can we get a few more people to help in the late hours? They could use the back up :)

I use the app but I like to go in and check out the store One girl was getting on shift not too friendly didn't look too happy The other crew they were cool... The dining area was a little dirty nothing that couldn't be cleaned up quickly never been to this one before not sure I'll return but thanks for the lunch it was good 👍😊.

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I would but I can’t so one will have to do. The food service atmosphere are so horrible it’s beyond belief. I went in to this Taco Bell restaurant with my spouse. When we went to go place our orders the staff were so rude you tell them your order and they become a record or anything else and just completely ignoring what your saying I got the simplest order a chicken quesadilla , when I got my quesadilla it wasn’t cut my spouse went and asked them to cut my quesadilla the rook it for 15 minutes then gave it back cut like a baby did it then instead of handing it to us like we’re people it was toss on the countertop worse Taco Bell in all of Albuquerque just don’t go

This place is the worst didn't give me a receipt I wouldn't leave a star much less one! The heavy set long hair guy working is soo rude and disrespectful This place must not do inventory cause not one of the specialty drinks were available and other things on the menu weren't available this place is trash
