Food wasn't great service was distracted and slow

Went through drive through. Ordered 2 soft tacos without lettace and 3 crunchy tacos regular. Added one cheese rollup. Repeated order 3 times. Finally they agreed not to put lettuce on soft tacos. Have autistic child who kept being out of sorts so I didn't check order. Big mistake. Cheese roll-up had been sitting awhile and was hard as a rock. The two soft tacos had lettuce and not edible by a child with chewing problems. Had a nice manager who refunded my money but very disheartening to try to get child something to eat. Hate having to spend 30 minutes to get my money back, not to mention the time and gas driving back to get the money. No compensation for their mistake.

Lunch time and is not busy but people don't have the courtesy to ask if you need help or take your order fast , so you wait for long time into finally someone comes and help ..I do understand we are very advanced on the technology and we have the option to order to the app or "do it our self" at the computer they have in there ..but is complicated to get all you want..in those things .but rather than that it was fantastic.

The quality of the food was subpar. I ordered a steak burrito, but it contained very little meat and was poorly assembled. I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others.

Wanted spaghetti for dinner, but the wife wasn't feeling good. So Taco Bell it is & I'm glad. Ordered the #8 Supreme , Wow. These are the bomb.

This Taco Bell is hit or miss depending on what day it is where food quality as well as quantity is concerned. There's times I've had great portions and flavor, and other times, it's like there was a total waste of $15. Also, this Taco Bell has a real bad homeless problem. Every single time I go there, I get harassed to give money from a homeless person. It would be nice to not always have to deal with that every day.
Beware Cashiers stole money from me. Showed me my total on the screen and proceeded to upcharge me after I left using my credit card.

They said they didn’t have Baja blast then we went inside and they had Baja blast, I then asked for a Gatorade that didn’t taste like Gatorade. And then my burritos contained extra rice and onions when i didn’t want nor did I order it. I ordered a slushy and I got water. Taco Bell get better. Peace.
