I came to Taco Bell today and the Mexican pizza was not tasting the same as usual so I would like to say that they need to change the recipe back to the old one because I love the Mexican pizza but this thing does not taste good at all just didn’t satisfy my food addiction so yeah

Today's February 18th I decided to stop in and get some food I ordered two bean and cheese green sauce burritos the tortilla was raw and gummy like it had been steamed beans inside we're cold and they charged me $0.50 for green sauce I just submitted the red and asked for green I also ordered a number 9 which came with two Taco Supremes and a pizza my pizza that came with the meal was soggy the beans and everything was squished together like they just threw it in the box and put it in the bottom of the bag I will not be returning to Taco Bell again this is disgusting for $18 nothing but shit some of the other reviews in reference to cold food and not being good is true

One of the worst taco bells in town. The staff is rude, and dismissive. The food is either made beyond sloppy (yes it's fast food, but doesn't mean your quesidilla should only have meat on one side) the food is cold most times. Save your money, drive to another one. This taco bell has gotten worse and worse within just the past 2 months. Really hope management steps in and does something.

I am a teacher and when I got off work Friday night I did not feel like cooking so I stopped by Taco Bell to pick up my food myself so that it is not cold and soggy when I get at home that is why I do not do DoorDash/Uber Eats/grubhub. I retrieved my food in person so that I can get it home and eat it while it is still fresh. Unfortunately when I got it home I found that despite my efforts my food was in fact not fresh but it had appeared as though it had been sitting out for some time seeing is how my tacos were all soggy on the bottom half and the only part that was still crunchy was the top part above where the lettuce onions and tomatoes are supposed to be found. Which brings me to my other issue of not having the proper taco filling in the taco. The bottom halves of my tacos were totally socky and sticking to the wax paper that they were wrapped in and the top half of my tacos was missing a large amount of the taco filling. If Taco Bell is going to increase their price they should also increase the quality of their food that that is being served to the public. They put a bunch of greasy soup hamburger meat stuff at the bottom of my taco which is why the taco was so damn soggy but to add insult to injury they barely put any of the green lettuce onion tomato stuff at the top half of my taco the whole thing was rather disappointing and I paid $23. I do not know if all taco Bells are doing this type of crap but I would definitely not go to this one on Wyoming boulevard Northeast

Came in today and was overcharged MoD had an attitude was never apologized to and had to run my card multiple times which locked my account. This is the 2nd visit where there has been issues and I never received any apologies. I would recommend visiting a different location.

I wish I could give negative stars ,,,We went to the one on Academy because usually you can trust it. The food quality was horrible and horrible is too much of a compliment. There was no meat in the tacos and the tacos were falling apart and soggy. Then we had the burritos remade twice upon the second time, the assistant manager, or whoever the redheaded girl was through the bag across the counter at my daughter. The manager was standing right there and watched it happen and didn’t say a word then they went right back to Their Conversation. The woman behind us was so appalled. She turned around and walked out with us. The food was absolutely horrible. There was no beans in the burrito at all no sauce no onions a few sprigs of cheese as you can see in the photos I will never ever ever go back to this academy location. I’m looking for a corporate number a GM number I will be calling and I will be taking action because we did spend money there and it was absolutely horrendous and no one cared at all and they still might not care but I’m gonna make my voice heard stay away from this location. The employees have horrible attitude and their food quality is less than par.

Usually always go here with 0 issue but tonight when I asked for no sour cream on my order they messed up and put sour cream. No problem at all, mistakes happen. However when I went back and told them my problem the cook who made the food proceeded to argue with me that they did make it right. Even though i had my food there with me to prove it wasn’t made right. The staff was extremely rude for no reason.

Got down to make sure the order was right as it’s always wrong when using the drive through. Sure enough 80% of the food is wrong and not what we ordered. Requested a refund only to have the young girl ask me very rudely what exactly was wrong with it. After showing her item by item what was wrong, she snatched the bag up and tossed it in the trash hard and walked away like an angry teenager. The assistant manager then told me she was new and could not give the contact info for the GM. And didn’t say a word to the moody girl stomping around. Will not be back. And will be letting anyone know to stay away from this location. Bad food and even worse customer service!
