Slow and only concerned with drive through order, stood at counter for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me for a mobile order that was supposed to be teady

It's 6:00 pm Tuesday. They had long line for drive through and door was locked so can't go in to pick up online order. All the people started to leave from drive through after waiting for long line. I cancelled my online order. Not sure what's going on with this location. Had similar experience before.

I rarely write reviews, but the service my husband and I received today (we ended up leaving) deserves attention from management. The employees (1 female in particular had blond hair space buns) this evening (11/4 at 1820ish) was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed that I had questions. I was left standing for several minutes without being acknowledged. This kind of treatment makes customers feel unvalued, and I hope the district manager addresses this issue with proper training and accountability.

Ihad to change my 4 star to a 1 star... I like taco bell but lately this particular one seems to always mess up my order. They are always out of fire and hot sauce. They have problems with their soda machine. Last time they had no ice, this time they were out of Baja Blast and Pepsi... good thing Taco Cabana is just down the road. They will be getting my business from now on.

By far the WORST Taco Bell in town. Always a bad experience going here. They are always âoutâ of something, donât know intend on their own menu, take forever⊠I was even told once I could wait in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes if I wanted food because they had too many DoorDash orders and those take priority. I donât know how this location is still open. They honestly need to shut down

This location absolutely SUCKS! I guarantee it is a franchise location. They always seem to forget an item that was ordered. Itâs always out of something. If you order a box it never comes in a box. If you order on the app it doesnât have all the menu items (such as the $7 luxe box right now.) probably because itâs a best seller and they lose out on $$. This is the closest location to my house, but I fires Iâll start going to the next location. ABSOLUTE TRASH!

Iâve been to this Taco Bell twice. Food is okay, customer service is horrible. I asked for the restroom code and the lady in the front literally rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional

Hands down one of the most professional staff I've come across. Diego actually, he knows what he's doing. I had a slight mistake on my order. Not only did he fix it, but he was an absolute professional about it.

How low are your standards when youâre pulling into a Taco Bell. And just when you think it canât get any worse, this location proves you wrong. It absolutely canâŠand does get A LOT worse. From the filthy store, with the storage boxes in the dining room. Out of half of the drinks on the drink machine. The ordering kiosks donât work. Nobody here and yet it still took them over 10 minutes to assemble the pre-cooked slop they serve. Theyâre not working here to help you. Itâs as bad as it gets here.
This is a mistake I wonât make again. Other than thatâŠ.

As soon as you walk in the lights are off, no one was really paying attention to the front for in house ordering. There are kiosk but if you have to pay cash you'll need to wait about 10 mins before anyone notices you. The wait for when you finally finish ordering is on average from what I saw was at least 20 mins. The food it's self: horrible. I only got a rice and bean burrito, the rice was crunchy and the beans were watery. They also rolled my burrito in a square shape? Idk how that possible but it was.
