as a restaurant worker with this location on my drive home, i regularly get a late dinner here (after 10pm) and my order is correct every time, everyone is nice, and it comes quick. i’ve gone to other taco bell locations and half of the tortilla in my chicken quesadilla has nothing on it. this location always evenly spreads the ingredients and gives plenty of hot sauce.

Never go here they never listen to jack, always put sour cream on my order, never listen, this is the worst location in the entire history I've ever been, never going ever to Taco Bell ever again
Just left this location nobody served me or anybody else standing in line. No cashier available!why is your dining area open dummies! If you can't serve anyone. No one in drive through either.The guy tells me there's only 3 of us working while they are preparing the food. But yet I count 5 people back there.every customer left plus me. If u could give it lower than a 1 star I would. Watch your bank statement if you pay with your bank card! First time I got charged ‘$67.08 and my bill was only $13.08 next time I was charged $43.17 and I only spent $13.17 I will never go to this location ever again! They are thieves then they never ever ever answer phone so both times I had to drive 49 miles one way to get back to that location to argue w some person just to get my money that was taken illegally from my account! Then I had to wait another 4 days to get the money into my checking acct. it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food location.

I ordered a veggie bowl with regular chicken instead of cantina chicken, but when I brought it back to change it, I was told you were out of regular chicken. Wouldn't it have been helpful to mention that at the drive-thru speaker?

Visited this location at about 540 pm the gentleman at drive thru was polite , but when I got to the window a older lady opened the window very rude no hi nothing just repeated order very fast when I asked if she had gotten two side if nacho cheese very rudely she snapped back and said that's what I said ! Then I paid che basically shoved the bag at me and immediately slammed the window , as I was asking for hot sauce and ignored me then i had to honk my horn and still ignored me , so I had to park and get sauce from inside. If this ikder woman is not happy with her job she does not need to be working with the public, I will never return to this location to be treated as i was . Very disappointed with customer service, i will take my hard earned money elsewhere where I'm treated correctly not as a bother . Hope this is handled.
