Been coming here for years from out of town. Last visit was dissappointing. My family arrived at restaurant an hour and a half before closing and grills were already cleaned. There was no rotisserie chicken and staff was unaccomodating to say the least. Why have operating hours if you are not going to provide signature product to public or at least offer a substitition? Our experience was not what you would expect from reputable business.

So, I have been coming to this same Taco Cabana for a few years now. I always get the #74 with red, because I love those breakfast burritos. Most of the time, the service is good and I get my money's worth- most of the time. It's a total crapshoot with this location, because when they're on it, it's the best. The rest of the time, either the tortillas are old, hard and stale or it's more tortilla than burrito. Case in point: the disappointment burritos I got this morning. I hate that I'm paying $15 for two lousy burritos and this is what I get. This sucks and I'm tired of the lack of consistency and I can actually taste the apathy from whoever the cook is. Booo š

Honestly one of the worst Taco Cabana experiences Iāve had. I waited in a short line for almost 20 minutes for ONE order of nachos, and when I finally got them, they were soggy with barely any cheeseājust a pile of beans. On top of that, the drive-thru employee had zero customer service, didnāt say hello, didnāt apologize for the wait, and had an earbud in the whole time. Super disappointing after a long day to be treated like that and not have great food, waisted my time and MONEY

Night crew is not friendly. Young man at drive thru window forgot my drink. While Manager lady was just standing around making herself a drink. As i got home to find out food was cold. And items were missing. I understand that we showed up right before closing time. But I still expect hot food and friendly service.

Went inside and ordered nachos and fajitas and pasole and the chips for the nachos was soggy with a tray full of Grease and fajitas was just meat and tortillas no seasoning or nothing and pasole was horribly cold and the female taking the order was rude as hell I will never go there ever again definitely was not worth 30 dam dollars if rather go to taco bell
