Everything on their menu is delicious (Asada, Barbacoa, Al Pastor and Chicken). They have the biggest carne asada fries in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho hands down ? and their prices are reasonable.

Best food truck in town. New truck is solar powered so no noisy generator and fumes to breath in. Food was presented nicely and tasted even better. Service was impeccable and they were great to deal with for the event we catered them for.

I've given these guys multiple chances thinking they will be good the next time based off the reviews. I've been going here off and on for a couple years. I used to get the California burrito and it was always mostly rice beans and French fries. Not much meat if any. I've been getting the super burrito lately and out of all of my trips here I've never had a correct burrito. None of them have ever had salsa, sour cream or cheese. My burrito tonight is missing all of the above plus no cilantro or onion. It's a super burrito with beans, rice and meat. I will give them the flavors of the carnitas and asada are great but then again there's never much in them. I'll never be supporting this truck again. I've wasted enough money giving them chances. Go to La Esperanza on Soscol or Tacos Michoacán on California Blvd.

10/10 authentic Mexican food. And that's hard to find. Just WOW. I'll definitely be back

Love this place for their Dogos! Totally crave-able!!! Can't go wrong with a bacon wrapped hot dog smothered with sour cream, ketchup, grilled onions and a hot sauce that makes your mouth tingle. Pair this with their Alegre style french fries, which is loaded fries of lettuce, cheese, tomato, cilantro, onion, salsa and your choice of protein. I liked the Al pastor better than the carne asada.

Fresh, delicious Mexican food. I highly recommend this food truck. In an industrial area but we found the place easily with our map app. We are thinking of going back again tonight as it was so good!

So many trucks in Napa Valley but only one so far that prepares the Mexican-Style Hotdogs! Love the bacon & grilled onions and rest of the frills! Could use some grilled jalapeños to kick it up a notch! Regular Tacos were filled with generous amount of meat and nicely spiced. I waited under the trees with the bench and table- Just kick-back wait and strike up conversation with locals. Food Truck is parked in an industrial street, into a residential house, so that can throw you off a little but park along the street... or up the drive-way.

Craving Mexican food I wasn't a fan. I'm coming from LA so I guess I'm a snob because I know great Mexican good. It's fine for a quick lunch but was missing that kick I wanted.

Got four tacos, two Al pastor two lengua. They are both amazing. Friendly service , sat at the benches and polished them off.

This is a must stop when in Napa. After a day of wine drinking what could be better than a delicious, spicy a$$(if you ask for it) Al pastor burrito. The munchies definitely get satisfied here.

it's not the first time we gave it 5 stars. just the same kind of tacos i ate in mexico. i like the slow cooked beef, pork, and chicken the best. hard to pick which 2, which fills me up cheaply. if it's too hot outside, try the indoor place. taqueria maria.air conditioned. again, authenic food, like in mexico. in my opinion, the top 2 authentic ones. most food trucks get an a health rating, meaning u cantrust most to be more safe than local other places, on average. if u prefer a more "american-taco bell " experience, with some crisp tacos, etc, i reccomend taqueria rosita, in napa. excellent service, and still a good deal on taco tuesdays wirh a $3.50 taco.get stuffed on 2, with all the free salsa and chips. pleae try this ,everyone. try a 100 % tip. it will make u feel like a millionaire. especially those who vote to raise the minimum wage. do it yourself, regardless of laws.

We ate here while at Brew Lab. WOW!! We ate everything so fast I didn't even get a photo. We had the carne asada fries and the quesobirria tacos. The portions were plentiful and everything tasted so fresh and homemade. The flavors were amazing. Can't wait to find them again and try more menu items. Follow them on Facebook to see the schedule of where they'll be parked.

I usually get their al pastor burrito, which is solid, but today I tried their tripa and it blew me away! It's perfectly charred, so it's crispy, chewy, and a little smokey. With the creamy beans and rice, every bite was satisfying. They're fast and friendly and even recommended their cucumber mango agua fresca, which was refreshing. They have picnic tables underneath some trees, so you can enjoy your food in the shade.

This is by far my favorite taco truck in Napa. The al pastor is my favorite but the asada is also tasty. I also really like the torta al pastor, it is full of flavor and really good size, very filling. I've also tried the hot dog and it's good as well. The first time I ordered I did it through DoorDash and picked up and when I came to pick up the guy at the counter told me to just call and order to avoid all the extra charges from DoorDash. That was super nice! But definitely give this place a shot
