Tacos la Piramide

Wow, I have not had this good of Spanish food in ever.

Had a bacon breakfest burrito, with every bite I was legitimately wondering if they make fresh tortillas on the spot, it was super fluffy and airy. Everything on the inside just melts and is perfectly cooked.

Additional bonus, I only ate half of it and was filled so now I have an awesome lunch too.

Only downside is the parking lot, nowhere to sit or be in the shade. Could really use a folding picnic table with a parasol, that and a cup of coffee would definitley have me stopping by more often.

It’s very goo in flavor and very clean looking establishment. I am 6’2” and always like to peak inside trucks to get a better idea of where i am eating and everything looks clean. Upon receiving my food everything looked amazing, I had a torta of “adobada” which came with a side of kettle cooked potato chips. My wife had the asada burrito. When i opened my torta I noticed there was no lettuce, onions or tomatoes, it all turned out to be miscommunication, they were apologetic and gave us a hefty portion of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. My torta and the burrito tasted like a million bucks. The mango “Agua Fresca” was amazing. Well worth the prices.

I love the food. The people running it are really great people. I was delivering to a nearby business and decided to walk over and order some food. Service was quick and friendly and he even gave me a to go box for my dog that I took with me. Thought that was pretty cool. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. And my dog loves it.
