I wouldn't waste your time, thoughts, or money or even gas money. Service was awful 5 minutes before we were even greeted to sit down. One server took our drink order, someone else took our food order, and that was all the help we got. We had to pull a server aside to get the check, boxes etc. No organization and for the cost especially not worth it. May actually be the worst experience I've had at a restaurant ever.

Tonkotsu Ramen was very bland and fishy like way to much seaweed was put in it. Idk if it was bc it was to go or something but besides the fish there was no flavor. I really like tonkotsu and I did like the pork but that's about it.

This has happened three times. One time they forgot my bento box, “rushed” it and it still didn’t show up so finally gave up and left. The other two times out hot food was missing until we finally ask and then it’s some lame excuse when it’s clear they just forgot - evidence was the table next to us, which sat 20 min after, us got their rice and udon bowls 20 min before us. Today the rice bowls came out 30-35 min after the sushi. Sitting there - without drink refills too - we finally manage to flag ask and the rice bowls magically appear within about 7 min. Servers tried to make up for it but there is definitely a gap somewhere because it’s more often than not this happens. Also when food is over 30 min late comp it, don’t just offer a $1.50 discount on a $15 bowl of mostly rice and a free dessert. When the owner is on site it’s an end-to-end fantastic so figure out his schedule! Oh, the EDM legit bumps - it’s like being in a hip London restaurant.
I sat at the bar, the waitress said she will be back after 10 minutes of not returning I left. Terrible service !

Food was average. Service was friendly when available. The restaurant is extremely unclean. Shut it down for a couple of days and steam clean the place. Seriously doubt they would pass inspection

The sushi roll and 25 piece sashimi were both really good. Fish tasted fresh and the sashimi pieces were generous and had nice textures. They served the sashimi platter with fresh wasabi which was a delicious surprise.
Staff was nice enough, but they really never came back to check on us or refill our water. I had to flag down another server to get more ginger. We were sitting at the sushi bar, so maybe that’s a part of it since our backs are turned.

Typically I love Tamashi, but the last 2 visits the food has been saltier than needed, no dedicated server which is annoying, and it was cold inside. I'll go back, but I hope they make some adjustments.

Worst udon I've ever had. It used to be very good, but now it's sour and bitter and the broth is too salty. The hamachi kama redeemed the visit a bit, but if you want udon, go somewhere else or even get some instant udon. You'll feel less disappointed
