Tantrum BBQ's food truck in Albuquerque is a must-visit for BBQ lovers. Their brisket sandwich was one of the best I've ever had – smoky, tender, and full of flavor and the green chile cream corn is a standout side that perfectly complements the meat. It's clear that they use high-quality ingredients and have mastered their barbecue technique!

Marble Brewery, Thursday: Pork ribs, kale salad, pinto beans, and proprietary sauce were high quality, superbly tasting, under priced and not likely surpassed in New Mexico [seriously]. Paired with killer Marble brews and NE location, this is a food indulgence worth experiencing.

We ate from Tantrum while at Marble Brewery on Thursday evening. Best brisket we've ever had. Smoky and tender. When we're in the mood for barbecue, they will be our first choice from now on. I'm not really a kale fan, but the kale and cabbage salad was delicious as well.

We love Tantrum BBQ! Never had a bad meal. Heartily recommend their brisket or pulled pork nachos, smoked turkey, brisket & pulled pork sandwiches, green chile mac&cheese, green chile cream corn, ribs, etc. The banana pudding is a homemade hug. If you can find the Tantrum BBQ truck, you've hit the jackpot.

If there’s one thing that really makes me happy it’s their brisket nachos. They do not skimp out on the meat, cheese, jalapeños, or sour cream. If you want really good barbecue with a New Mexico spin you’ll want to eat here.

I look forward to Thursday every week because I go to Marble Heights solely for the Pork Nachos. They are some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. The ratio of cheese to BBQ sauce is perfect! I could not recommend Tantrum enough!

Tantrum is continues rollin' a five star show at Marble Heights Brewery. But their truck is at the brewery on *Thursdays* now, not Tuesdays as was the case at the time of my initial review.Rib dinner was a short handful of bones well smoked & strong on the smokiness front. Its distinct flavor really woke up the taste buds in a most positive way. Really tasty! The sweet/spicy BBQ sauce accompanying the ribs was indeed both sweet on the front end and seriously hot at the finish. Just a touch less than too much spiciness to handle, so just right to my tastes. Green chile corn had prominent corn & green chile flavors dancing on the palate and a delightfully hearty punch in the heat department from the generous sprinkling of chile chunks throughout the portion. Apple slaw struck me as being pretty neutral in taste, though not in a detrimental way. Just kind of plain jane compared to the robust flavors of the ribs & corn. Smoked turkey breast meat received complimentary comments on its taste & texture from dining partner.

Best BBQ in town!!!! Ribs and brisket are simply amazing and that's not even mentioning the green chile cream corn.

The nachos are to die for! Brisket is done perfectly, and the chef is extremely nice. We love visiting them at Marble Brewery in the NE heights.
