Not great, not terrible. Green and red salsa lack seasoning, they have a slightly kick while they're in your mouth but that almost immediately goes away when you swallow.
Carne asada had a good amount of meat with not much fat bits, but again, they need more seasoning. Arroz was passable and the beans didn't look or taste like they came out of a can but AGAIN, they need to be more generous with the seasoning.
Open during weekdays when most other taco trucks are closed so there's that. I wouldn't hate someone if they brought me here, but the only way I'd come back is if I wanted tacos on a Tuesday at 11pm again, but I'd definitely bring them home and add some salt at the very least.

The point of a free way on-ramp is to excelerate up to the speed of the other traffic, or else you could cause and accident. So if their damn Taco truck can't up past 20 MPH by the time the need to merge onto the freeway, then they need to stay the hell of the freeway.

The vibes were present, the service was great, and the food was alright. My love and I came here at 11pm on a sunday because our doordasher failed to bring the correct order. We were hungry, we were tired, but we were up for the late night adventure. Im glad we did. Taqueria Aztec was 11 minutes drive from us, we expected to wait like 15 minutes for our food, hut we actually got it in like 7, it was great. The carne asada meat could use some work, its very ground-beefy and lacks the consistency of actual steak bits. Other than that everything else wa a great.

I do not recommend it, the sweatshirt is very large pieces that cannot even be chewed and dry The shepherd without taste hard and dry The prices were a little confusing, they told me that the order of 4 tacos cost 13 and they gave it to me for 15, considering that I was missing a taco in my husband's tacos because he ordered 5 tacos
